How to Book

1. Pick your cabin type and payment or deposit option ( 20% with payment plan or pay in full).

2. Add the Limabre Party Pass (optional) + apply any discount.

3. Complete traveler details and submit.

Terms & Disclaimers

• Pricing/Promotions: Subject to change by Virgin Voyages until 20% deposit is paid and cabin confirmed with the cruise line.

• Party Pass: Optional. Refundable until 90 days before sailing; non-refundable thereafter.

• Insurance: Highly recommended; quotes available.

• Payments/Chargebacks: Missed or declined payments may forfeit pricing/space. Chargebacks void participation and benefits.

• Minimum Group: Group perks begin at 8 cabins; event proceeds regardless of perk status.

• Cabin Reservations (Cruise Line Policy Applies)

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations before final payment forfeit only the deposit.

  • After final payment, cruise line penalties apply (schedule provided in confirmation).

  • Name changes or cabin transfers may be permitted (fees may apply).

  • Refund Policy – Limabre All-Access Party Pass

    We want you to book with confidence! Please review our refund policy for the Limabre All-Access Party Pass:

    Full Refund: Available for Party Pass purchases up to 30 days after purchase.

    Partial Refund: After the first 30 days, partial refunds may be granted for cancellations up to 60 days prior to the cruise. Partial refunds are typically 50–75% of the ticket price, depending on timing and costs already committed.

    No Refund: Cancellations made within 60 days of the cruise are non-refundable.

    Transfer Option: All Party Passes are transferable to another attendee at any time. This helps ensure your access and experiences are used, even if your plans change.
