• Your adventure begins with transportation from your resort to the Black River, where friendly guides will help you explore Jamaica's longest river aboard a boat. Take a gentle ride on this body of water and get great views of quaint fishing villages and small towns. Cruising through the sun, you'll see the real heart of Jamaican nature. As you sail down the Black River, keep an eye out for exotic birds hiding between the trees and look for crocodiles peacefully lounging around. Your next location is YS Falls, a beautiful spot where the crisp pools of water are perfect for a refreshing swim or relaxing at the fall's edge. Set in extensive grounds and with seven cascading waterfalls to take in, YS Falls is one of the most beautiful spots in Jamaica given its lush vegetation that will surround you during your swim. Unwind as you soothingly float in one of the natural pools, or splash around and jump right in for a more adventurous time. Either way, your YS Falls visit will be a memorable one. The final stop on your excursion will let you experience first-hand how Jamaican rum is made at the Appleton Estates. This world-famous rum distillery produces some of the finest liquor in the land — and the best part is you get to sample this spirit and vouch for its quality. During your exploration of the factory, you'll learn all about the distilling process, then you can have a taste and even purchase some rum before returning to your vehicle for the ride back to your resort.

• Your exotic adventure begins in the morning with transportation from your resort to the rainforest paradise where you'll be surrounded by the verdant beauty and flowing fresh waters of Blue Hole. This swimming spot is a traveler's favorite because of the refreshment and the fun it provides. On this excursion, your guide will take you climbing on waterfalls, and you can even take a Tarzan rope swing from a nice height before splashing down into the cool, natural pools. If you'd rather take it easy, you can also simply relax underneath the waterfalls to get a pleasant natural shower, or simply float and swim in the three pools of water to let all your worries wash away. As part of this excursion, you can also explore the hidden caves that make the Blue Hole a complete natural adventure. Once you've become refreshed and reinvigorated in the waters, you might have worked up an appetite. So your next stop will be lunch at the renowned Tracks & Records restaurant, which is owned by the fastest man in the world, the Olympic gold medalist runner Usain Bolt. Enjoy the local flavor in a sports bar setting with its own unique Jamaican twist. When you're finished, hop back in your vehicle for the return to your resort by evening time.

• Sail on the shimmering waters of the Caribbean Sea toward Dunn's River Falls and sunbathe or snorkel in the reef near the falls' base. Then complete the adventure by climbing the world-famous 600-foot cascading waterfall. The Caribbean's tropical beauty and exciting water sports fun are the highlights of this adventure. After a comfortable transfer from your resort to the marina, you'll board a beautiful river boat catamaran to cruise toward the reef, admiring the breathtaking scenery along the way. Stop to swim and snorkel in the clear waters near the base of Dunn's River Falls. Get lost in this magical underwater world, complete with dazzling coral, unusual sea life and throngs of brightly colored fish. If this sounds like a little too much action, simply take the time to sunbathe on the sand, soaking up the beauty of your surroundings as you get some Vitamin D. Then, it's time to continue the journey toward Jamaica's most famous waterfall — Dunn's River Falls, the highlight of this catamaran cruise. And what a show stopper it is! En route, you'll sail past emerald hills, enjoying cool refreshments on the boat and snapping some exceptional photos before you dock at Dunn's River Falls. With your expert guide leading the way, climb the 600-foot waterfall through lush tropical rain forest. No doubt you'll admire stunning views all around you. When your adventure concludes, you'll return to your resort in air-conditioned transportation.
