Payment Structure:
- All trips booked are automatically laid out with a monthly payment structure to help travelers split their payments and manage their total balance accordingly. The actual payment dates outlined within the invoice are suggested payment dates based on the final payment date of the trip. This means that you have the flexibility of changing your payment dates/amounts based on what works best for you as long as the full balance is paid by the final payment due date.
- We highly recommend that you follow some sort of monthly payment structure so that you are not left with a hefty lump sum balance upon the final payment date. It is also notable that any money spent towards your booking (minus the booking fee) is fully refundable up until the final payment date!* Following a payment plan with not only help us, but it will help you effectively manage your booking and give you a higher chance of paying off your trip in time.
- Higher deposits are welcome if you want to reduce the amount of your monthly payments! If you would like that option, reach of to me via text or email letting me know your desire to add an additional deposit amount.

- Final Payment date: May 1st, 2025
- Each booking will be assessed a $53 non-refundable booking fee per person that is included in the price. This cost covers services including but not limited to custom itineraries, hotels, excursions, support before and during travel, reservation management, payment processing etc. Again, This fee is non-refundable.
- For dual and triple occupancy bookings, the deposit must be paid on one card. After booking is complete, each traveler will receive their own separate invoice to manage their payments. Individual invoices can be made for married couples, or dating couples upon request.

WORLDWIDE TRAVEL HOUSE LLC reserves the right to cancel client’s group booking at any time, at discretion of Worldwide Travel House LLC. Reasons include, but not limited to:
- Upon final payment date set by WORLDWIDE TRAVEL HOUSE LLC, client has made no payments in addition to the initial deposit.
- Client displays behaviors that are against the community guidelines within WORLDWIDE TRAVEL HOUSE LLC’s group pages.
- Client disputes a transaction.
*No cancellation fees will be imposed on bookings cancelled on behalf of WORLDWIDE TRAVEL HOUSE LLC however, supplier cancellation fees may apply. Cash refunds can not be issued on bookings such as those with the Travel Protection - Travel Credit Plan; Refunds of this nature will be refunded in the form of a travel credit that is redeemable for up to 12 months. In addition, If you have purchased the Travel Protection Cash Back Plan, you will eligible for a refund up until 24hrs before departure date.
