Royal Destinations is not responsible for any negligent or willful act, omission, or failure to act on the part of any such entity or its employees, or of any other third party beyond its direct control.  The Royal Destinations name and logo may appear on posted or hand-held signs at your hotel, at the airport of your departure or destination, in vans, buses, coaches or elsewhere during your vacation. This use of the Royal Destinations name and logo is solely intended to help you identify persons or entities who might provide services to you during your trip, but does not indicate, and should not be understood by you to indicate that Royal Destinations owns, controls, or operates any entity displaying such a sign, or that Royal Destinations employs or controls any person holding or displaying such a sign.
 
Royal Destinations assumes no responsibility and will not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity by reason of:
 
(1) Any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of its suppliers,
 
(2) Any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee of these suppliers,
 
(3) Any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated, or used by any of these suppliers, or
 
(4) Any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of Royal Destinations, or

Making a reservation for any package indicates your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

 
Cancellations/Refunds

All payments to Royal Destinations are non-refundable and non-transferable unless travel insurance is included in your reservation.  There are no exceptions to this.  If you wish to prevent potential losses please see the Travel Protection section below. Travel Protection is highly recommended.
 

Change Fee

If any changes are made to your reservation for ANY reason, change fees of up to $250 per person may apply.  Also, if any party included on your reservation cancels, remaining travelers will have an increase in their own individual rates. Each passenger is responsible for verifying their personal information before payment is applied, to avoid invoking name change fees if an error is present in your travel documents.
 

Final Payment Late Fee

Failure to submit payments by the original final payment date requires our agency to negotiate an extension with the vendor/resort. If an extension is granted, a late fee will be added to your final payment. If the extension is denied, the reservation will result in an automatic non-refundable cancellation.
 

Travel Documents

Each passenger is responsible for verifying their personal information before payment is applied. All documentation requirements for passport, visa, vaccination, or other travel requirements for the destinations of travel are the responsibility of the traveler. The traveler should review requirements well in advance of travel to ensure compliance. Passengers who do not meet these requirements will be denied boarding by cruise lines and airlines. Royal Destinations is not responsible for providing documentation and vaccination information.
 

Travel Protection

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment from potential losses. Travel insurance can be helpful should issues arise before or during your vacation: last-minute changes, lost luggage, delayed flights, hotel issues, medical emergencies, a pandemic etc. Travel protection will be offered to each guest. It is the responsibility of each traveler to accept or decline travel insurance at the time of purchase.  Be sure to read all of the details of the travel insurance policy offered prior to purchasing it.  Refunds will NOT include the cost of the travel insurance policy, which is non refundable.
 

Photographic Release

Royal Destinations may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants grant Royal Destinations permission to do so. Trip participants grant Royal Destinations permission to use such videos or images for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participants.

Royal Destinations may take photos or videos posted online to use for promotional or commercial use. Your booking/registration grants Royal Destinations permission to do so without payment of any compensation.
 

Modification Of Terms And Conditions

The Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by Royal Destinations at any time without notice. It is therefore essential that you consult the Terms and Conditions prior to making each and every booking, particularly in order to ensure what provisions are in operation in case they have changed since the last time you made a booking. Only those who have accepted the Terms and Conditions and affirmatively indicated their consent to be bound by the Terms and Conditions may make a booking with Royal Destinations. Without this acceptance, any booking is subject to cancellation at any time. The failure of Royal Destinations to act with respect to a breach of these Terms and Conditions by you, or others, does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. Royal Destinations does not guarantee it will take action against all breaches of these Terms and Conditions.
 
 
COVID 19 Travel Advisory
 
As travel opens up around the world, all destinations, airports, air carriers, hotels, restaurants, transfer companies, car rental companies, shops and excursions have established COVID-19 safety measures and precautions which may change from day to day. These safety measures may include but are not limited to curfews, attraction closings and reduced hours, size of group gatherings, social distancing requirements, health screenings and self-quarantine requirements. In addition, you must follow CDC guidelines and the recommendations of health officials. Please note that any public location where people have been or are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and Royal Destinations cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your vacation. By traveling, you agree that you assume these inherent risks associated with your vacation. Any and all additional costs will be your sole responsibility.
