Registration & Payment Policy

All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final upon receipt.

Spots are limited and are secured on a first come, first served basis once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Due to limited space, staffing, materials, and planning, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If a participant cannot attend, payments cannot be applied to another participant, event, or future program.

Location Policy

The Academy will take place in Houston, Texas.
For safety and privacy, the exact location will be shared after registration is confirmed.

Attendance Policy

Participants are expected to attend both full academy days:

• Saturday, July 11: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday, July 12: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Late arrivals or early pick-ups may impact the full experience.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy

Parents/guardians must sign participants in and out each day.
Participants will only be released to approved individuals.

Behavior Policy

Participants must be respectful and follow all guidelines.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

Health & Safety Policy

Parents/guardians must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs prior to the Academy.

Emergency Policy

In case of emergency, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.
If unreachable, emergency services may be contacted if necessary.

Media Release Policy

Photos and videos may be taken during the Academy for promotional purposes .

Personal Belongings Policy

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Participants should avoid bringing valuable items.

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday.

Girls Academy: Ages 9–17
Young Women’s Academy: Ages 18–24

Will meals be provided?
Yes. Meals, snacks, and drinks are included.

What should participants bring?
Comfortable clothing and a positive attitude. Avoid bringing expensive items.

Can phones be used?
Phones may be limited during sessions to ensure engagement.
