I confirm that all passenger names on this booking is spelled correctly & date of births are correct.

Flights - I understand that The Travel Diaries, Travel Agency has no control over delayed or cancelled flights, lost or damaged luggage. Or natural disasters including but not limited to earthquakes, cyclones, hurricanes, floods, tsunamis, landslides, volcanic eruption's, and avalanches. I understand The Travel Diaries is not responsible for missed flights.

I understand that if I do not pay off my trip by the deadline it will automatically be canceled. I also understand that the final due date cannot be extended! The Travel Diaries, LLC will submit a request for a refund if final payment is not made on time, but it is not guaranteed unless travel protection is purchased.

I verify that I am the authorized user of the card I am going to submit payment with and waive my right to a chargeback. In the event that I attempt without The Travel Diaries authorization to chargeback, reverse, or recollect a trip payment already made. The Travel Diaries reserves the right to collect all additional costs, fees, and expenses associated with such chargeback, reversal, or recollection including, without limitation, attorney fees.

I understand that if I ACCEPT/PURCHASE travel insurance and choose to cancel my vacation before departure, the cost of travel insurance is non refundable.

I understand that if I decide to cancel or change any part of my booking (drop a passenger, name changes, date changes, etc), I will only receive 1 complimentary change from TTD, any changes after that will  be subject to a $20 change fee (If you did not purchase travel insurance, vendor change fees are not included with this fee, if any you will be notified before changes are made)

 

Passport Requirements - I understand that The Travel Diaries is not responsible for the denied entry into any country for any guest. I understand that all guests are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on the guest’s photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. I understand that minors unaccompanied by birth parents will need a permission letter for travel outside the U.S. and any travelers with criminal convictions may be denied entry to certain countries. Each guest is responsible for determining if issues are present with the immigration/​customs process into a foreign country. Being denied entry will result in a complete financial loss associated with my trip. I understand that a passport is required for international travel, including for children & babies and that for some countries (including but not limited to Dubai, Jamaica, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Aruba, Turks and Caicos, St. Martin, Costa Rica, St. Lucia, Europe) passports must be valid 6 months AFTER RETURN DATE OF TRAVEL with at least 2 BLANK PASSPORT PAGES. I understand it is my responsibility to review and understand passport requirements and travel advisories for both the United States and the destinations I will be visiting.
