What's Included in this Package:

  • Flights - round trip flights from Charleston, SC have been included.  If you would like to request a quote that contains pricing for flights departing elsewhere, please send a separate email to keepitmovingtravels@gmail.com (Be sure to include departure city and room category).
    • Departure from Charleston:  9:00 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.
    • Return to Charleston:  8:31 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Hotel Accommodations for 4 days/3 Nights
  • Pool access and Free Wi-Fi in select public areas and in the rooms
  • Exciting daytime and nightly entertainment 
  • PreDeparture Protection Insurance has been included in your package to protect your investment should you need to cancel.  Monies minus the cost of insurance will be refunded to its original method of payment in the event that you need to cancel and there are no penalties.

  1. Ski Slopes, Snowboarding, Snow Tubing Admission or Equipment Rental
  2. Rental Car -  Driver must be 25+.  Guests will need a rental car or RideShare services to and from the airport and to access the city and its amenities.
  3. Hotel Amenities  -  Spa, cabana rentals and other hotel amenities not noted above may require an additional fee.

  5. Security Deposits  -  Security deposits/holds may be required at check-in for incidentals.

  7. Meals, Drinks, Tickets and Gratuities for excursion drivers, tour guides, room and restaurant services.

Cancellation policy:

Due to group contractual obligations, I agree with all Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy of Keep It Moving Travels explained by the travel consultant at the time of purchase.  I have been advised that my package contains PreDeparture travel insurance in order to protect my trip in the event something should happen.  All payments made through Keep It Moving Travels are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless otherwise stated) due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow me to obtain any refunds.  By doing so, this will also Keep It Moving Travels to keep package prices competitive, while allowing individuals to make monthly (or bi-weekly) payments on your vacation.
