DEPOSITS: Initial deposit is non-refundable. Please review the cancellation policy before making your reservation.
PASSPORTS: Passports are NOT required but are strongly recommended. If not using a passport, an original, legible copy of your birth certificate with the seal and original non-expired government-issued photo ID are required to board the ship. Please review TRAVEL DOCUMENTS to learn more about the required travel documents.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Your initial deposit is non-refundable. You are urged to purchase Travel Protection which protects your investment. Any cancellation must be received in writing prior to the dates listed in the Cancellation Policy /Penalty section above. Please remember you must keep your payments current to avoid cancellation. Late payments are subject to cancellation.
CRUISE RATES: Rates are per person and based on double occupancy. For any changes to cabin occupancy a rate change may apply. Single occupancy is 200% of the applicable cruise rate (cruise rate is based on two guest in a cabin). For triple and quad cabins there will be rate adjustments for any changes to the cabin occupancy.
NAME CHANGES: Once your room is assigned, a fee for changing names will be charged. Should the new traveler take the place of someone who has missed payments, they must cover those payments upon being added. If these missed payments have resulted in the loss of the original cabin rate, the new traveler will be subject to the current rates when their payments are made. It's important to note that complete name changes for all individuals on the reservation are prohibited. There must always be at least one original traveler from the initial booking on the reservation; otherwise, it will be treated as a complete cabin cancellation rather than a name change.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Missing a vacation is bad enough, losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance for your vacation investment. Travel Insurance at a minimum should provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Baggage Loss, and more. You are required to select and purchase travel insurance yourself for the cruise.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Currently, only proof of citizenship (birth certificate with the seal) and a government-issued photo ID is required to cruise to the ports on our schedule. However, we HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you take a PASSPORT on your cruise. In cases of emergencies passports do become a necessity. Please note: passports are required to be valid for 6 months from your departure date.
TRAVELING WITH MINORS:
The minimum age requirement for cruising is six months. Children under 18 years of age who are not traveling with both parents or legal guardians must present a notarized letter from the non-traveling parent/guardian, which grants permission to travel abroad and authorizes emergency medical care if needed.
TWIN WORLD TRAVEL is not liable for any failure to present the necessary documentation to cruise authorities. It is the obligation of the traveler and the traveler’s parents or guardians to ensure that all proper documentation is provided to port authorities.
BRINGING BEVERAGES ON BOARD:
Alcoholic beverages are banned from being brought onboard, with the sole exception on embarkation day: guests aged 21 and over may carry one 750-ml bottle of sealed/unopened wine or champagne per person in their carry-on luggage. Any other alcoholic beverages are prohibited in carry-on or checked luggage, and will be confiscated and discarded without any compensation.
TWIN WORLD TRAVEL is not responsible for any beverages confiscated and/or discarded due to failure to comply with the liquor and beverage policy.
DINNER DRESS CODE: FOR MEN - Kindly note that certain cruise dining establishments may have a dress code that includes long pants, a collared shirt, and closed-toe shoes. It is advisable to pack these items for your trip.
ADDITIONAL TERMS: Carnival reserves the right to assess a fuel surcharge if a rise in the market price of oil necessitates a supplement. There is no fuel surcharge currently in place. Taxes, fuel surcharges, port charges, and all fees are subject to change.
