Arts High Legacy Cruise 2027 – Terms & Conditions

By booking your reservation for the Arts High Legacy Cruise 2027, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment Authorization
- All bookings are required to be made through the direct payment link provided by The Hylton Way Travel Agency.
- Payments are processed at the time of booking using the payment method you select.
- By completing your booking, you authorize The Hylton Way Travel Agency to collect and submit your payment directly to Virgin Voyages on your behalf for your reservation.
2. Group Reservation Terms
- This is a contracted group booking under the Arts High Legacy Sail.
- Group rates, amenities, and pricing are only guaranteed for 30 days from the official booking launch date and are subject to change thereafter.
- All reservations are subject to Virgin Voyages group contract terms, which may differ from individual bookings.
3. Payment Plans & Final Payment
- Monthly payment plans are available and automatically applied at the time of booking (if not paid in full).
- All travelers are responsible for making payments on time according to their selected plan.
- Final payment is due March 5, 2027.
- Failure to complete payments by the final due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

5. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
- If declined at the time of booking, you have 7 calendar days to add coverage to your reservation.
- After this 7-day window, travel insurance cannot be added under any circumstances.
6. Pricing & Inclusions
- Your cruise fare includes your stateroom and any group-specific amenities, which may include:
- $100 Bar Tab (per traveler, based on promotional eligibility)
- $125 promo for the first 25 bookings
- Access to private group events (e.g., Cocktail Hour, Legacy Gala)
- Additional personal expenses, upgrades, excursions, and onboard purchases are not included unless explicitly stated.
7. Travel Documentation Requirements
- All travelers are responsible for obtaining proper travel documentation.
- U.S. travelers must have one of the following:
- Valid U.S. Passport (recommended)
- OR Original Birth Certificate + Government-Issued Photo ID
- Names on all bookings must match identification exactly.
- Failure to present proper documentation will result in denied boarding with no refund.
8. Booking Accuracy
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to review all booking details upon confirmation.
- Any errors (name spelling, date of birth, etc.) must be reported immediately.
- Changes may be subject to vendor fees or restrictions.
9. Communication & Confirmation
- A confirmation email for your Virgin Voyages reservation will be sent after booking.
- If you do not receive confirmation or do not see the charge within 24–48 hours, you must notify The Hylton Way Travel Agency promptly.
10. Responsibility & Liability
- The Hylton Way Travel Agency acts as an intermediary between the traveler and the travel supplier (Virgin Voyages).
- The agency is not responsible for vendor changes, cancellations, delays, or circumstances beyond its control.
11. Agreement
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and understand that they are binding and enforceable.
