-I hereby verify that I have reviewed my travel itinerary for accuracy. Dates, names, birthdays, flights, etc. I have been advised of all applicable fees imposed by my agent (booking fees) and the suppliers as well as any scheduled fees that may be required if this booking is cancelled or changed. -My agent offers retail travel service, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. They do not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. I agree and understand that my agent is not responsible for an operating failure, loss, damage, delay, or injuries, which arise out of or during the scheduled travel. I agree and understand that my agent is not responsible for any damages, direct or consequential, which may arise as a result of the acts of God, social or labor unrest, war, political or national strike, terrorist activities, mechanical failures, climatic conditions or any other actions or commissions beyond the control of Ebony Buchanan and Dream Vacations by Ebony, LLC.
Fees : Some suppliers may allow a 1-2 business day grace period on payments, not including final payment dates. Please reach out to me directly to see if a grace period is available. There is a $50 per person final payment late fee assessed for all trips starting 01/01/2020. You must send an email to dreamvacationsbyebony@gmail.com if you are going to be late making any payments. If you will be late making the final payment, please inform us ASAP so we can advise you if the travel supplier will allow late payments.
Cancellation : Your trip is non-refundable unless vacation protection was purchased. Please see the specific cancellation policy and fees on your invoice if vacation protection was purchased.
