Note: By paying, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions

TAP International

Hosted Group Cruise Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all reservations made through TAP International ("TAP International," "we," "our," or "us") for hosted group travel experiences. By submitting a reservation, making a payment, signing electronically, or participating in a TAP International hosted event, each guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Agreement

A reservation is not confirmed until all required deposits have been received and accepted.

TravelJoy serves as TAP International's secure booking and payment platform. Electronic signatures and payments submitted through TravelJoy constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Hosted Group Experience

The Singles & Friends Social Cruise is a hosted group experience designed to provide opportunities for guests to meet, socialize, and participate in optional hosted activities.

Hosted activities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcome Meet & Greet

  • Game Night

  • Group Gatherings

  • Beach Meetups

  • Welcome Gifts

  • Photography Opportunities

  • Other hosted activities determined by TAP International

Hosted activities are intended to enhance the guest experience but are not guaranteed.

TAP International reserves the right to modify, substitute, combine, relocate, reschedule, limit, or cancel any hosted activity due to weather, itinerary changes, missed ports, ship operations, venue availability, participation levels, safety concerns, or any other circumstance beyond TAP International's control.

Certain hosted activities may require minimum participation.

Hosted activities have no cash value.

No refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued if any hosted activity is unavailable, modified, canceled, or missed.

3. Host Event Fee

All advertised pricing includes the TAP International Host Event Fee unless otherwise stated.

The Host Event Fee covers planning, coordination, hosted activities, and group event administration.

The Host Event Fee is:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Not a Carnival Cruise Line charge

4. Cruise Pricing

Advertised prices are starting prices only.

Cruise pricing is subject to supplier availability and may change without notice until the required deposit has been received.

TAP International does not guarantee promotional pricing after expiration.

TAP International does not offer price matching.

5. Occupancy

Double occupancy pricing requires two paying guests sharing one stateroom.

Guests traveling alone are responsible for the applicable single occupancy fare established by Carnival Cruise Line.

If a roommate cancels, fails to pay, or otherwise does not travel, the remaining guest is solely responsible for any applicable single occupancy charges or fare increases.

Roommate matching, if offered, is not guaranteed.

6. Deposits & Payments

Cruise deposits are governed by Carnival Cruise Line policies.

Payment schedules will be provided through TravelJoy.

Failure to make payments by the stated deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of applicable deposits.

Guests are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods.

Declined or returned payments may result in cancellation or additional supplier fees.

7. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds

Failure to travel for any reason does not entitle the guest to a refund from TAP International.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Missed flights

  • Missed embarkation

  • Illness

  • Injury

  • Family emergencies

  • Work obligations

  • Forgotten travel documents

  • Personal decisions not to travel

Cruise refunds, if any, shall be governed solely by Carnival Cruise Line's policies and any applicable travel insurance.

8. Reservation Changes

No name changes.

No substitutions.

No reservation transfers.

Guests wishing to make reservation changes must contact TAP International immediately.

Any permitted changes remain subject to Carnival Cruise Line's policies.

9. Guest Communication

Guests agree to respond promptly to communications from TAP International.

Failure to submit requested information—including legal names, passport information, emergency contacts, T-shirt sizes, gift selections, activity registrations, payment information, or other requested details—by the specified deadline may result in exclusion from hosted activities, gifts, apparel, or other event benefits.

Guests are responsible for monitoring their email, including spam or junk folders.

Failure to receive or read communications does not excuse missed deadlines.

10. Photography & Media

Professional photographs and video may be captured during the hosted event.

Photography opportunities may include group, couple, family, or individual photographs when time, weather, itinerary, and operational conditions permit.

Individual photo sessions are not guaranteed.

Guests may appear in promotional materials.

Guests wishing to opt out must notify TAP International in writing before sailing.

11. Personal Responsibility & Guest Conduct

The Singles & Friends Social Cruise is intended to provide a fun, welcoming, and social environment.

Each guest is solely responsible for their own decisions, behavior, alcohol consumption, personal relationships, and interactions with others before, during, and after the trip.

TAP International does not supervise or assume responsibility for friendships, romantic relationships, disagreements, disputes, harassment, altercations, or any other interactions between guests.

Guests must conduct themselves respectfully toward fellow travelers, Carnival employees, and others at all times.

TAP International reserves the right to remove any guest from hosted activities for disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, illegal, intoxicated, or unsafe behavior without refund of the Host Event Fee.

12. Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks.

Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, cruising, transportation, excursions, recreational activities, hosted events, and participation in group activities.

Participation is entirely voluntary.

13. Limitation of Liability

TAP International acts solely as an independent travel advisor and hosted event organizer.

TAP International is not the owner or operator of Carnival Cruise Line, airlines, hotels, transportation providers, excursion companies, or other travel suppliers.

TAP International shall not be liable for any illness, injury, death, accident, theft, loss, property damage, emotional distress, delay, inconvenience, or other damages arising from travel or supplier services.

14. Medical Responsibility

Guests are responsible for determining whether they are medically fit to travel.

Guests are solely responsible for all medical expenses, prescriptions, evacuations, hospital care, and related costs.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

15. Travel Insurance

TAP International strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, baggage loss, and travel delays.

Declining travel insurance means the guest accepts the financial risks associated with travel.

16. Airfare & Transportation

Guests are responsible for all independent travel arrangements unless specifically booked through TAP International.

TAP International is not responsible for:

  • Flight delays

  • Airline cancellations

  • Missed flights

  • Lost baggage

Guests are encouraged to arrive in the departure city at least one day before embarkation.

17. Minors

Parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for supervising minors traveling with them.

TAP International does not provide childcare or supervision.

18. Carnival & Port Policies

Guests must comply with all Carnival Cruise Line policies, guest conduct requirements, ticket contracts, health protocols, and security procedures.

Guests must also comply with all applicable laws, customs regulations, immigration requirements, and port authority rules in every destination visited.

Guests are solely responsible for their alcohol consumption.

Illegal drug use, violence, harassment, or unlawful behavior may result in removal from hosted activities without refund and may be reported to Carnival Cruise Line or law enforcement.

23. Authorized Representatives

Only written communications issued directly by TAP International or its authorized representatives shall be considered official.

TAP International is not responsible for information provided by third parties, social media users, or other guests.

24. Errors & Omissions

TAP International reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, promotional inaccuracies, or other inadvertent mistakes without prior notice.

25. Force Majeure

TAP International shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, hurricanes, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, labor disputes, mechanical failures, or other force majeure events.

26. Chargebacks

Guests agree to contact TAP International to attempt to resolve any billing dispute before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.

27. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
