Reminders:
- The wedding is on May 31st, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.

To be included in Hannah and Hunter’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Hannah and Hunter’s with a deposit already paid on your room. If you book outside of this group Unico 20°87° will charge $192 per person per wedding event to your room.
Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation before January 8th, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between January 8th, 2024 and February 8th, 2025, by 20% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. Any room nights released above the 20% allowed will be charged 50% of the room revenue cancelled.

You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between February 8th, 2025 and February 19th, 2025, by 10% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. Any room nights released above the 10% allowed will be charged 60% of the room revenue cancelled.

If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 19th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for a refund based on your insurance providers terms.
Unico 20°87° will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Unico 20°87° and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Unico 20°87°.
