Vacation Protection Plan [VPP] Pre-Departure Waiver

Cancellations:
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 24 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than noon the day prior to departure for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of Vacation Express future travel certificates, known as a VPP Voucher, less the VPP plan cost as follows:

VPP Voucher Information:

• Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
• The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.
• Passengers have one year from original date of travel to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package to any Vacation Express destination.
• VPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original VPP voucher.
• Under no circumstances does the VPP allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.
• Please check with your airline for their specific requirements.
