Important Notes:
- The Wedding Day is: Saturday, April 17, 2027 - Please arrive before this date.
- There is a 3-night minimum required for the group block.
- Rates are per room, per night, and include all taxes and fees. Meals and drinks are NOT included and are paid directly at the resort.
- You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort. Guests who book outside the room block may have to purchase an event pass to attend the wedding event(s).
- Rooms in the room block are guaranteed for the booking window of April 15 to April 18, 2027. The resort offers the group rate for up to 3 nights before (April 12 - 14, 2027) and 3 nights after (April 18 - 21, 2027), subject to availability. To request any of these extra nights, please contact evelina@bohemiaweddingtravel.com.
- Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
- Guests aged 12 and over are considered adults.
- February 17, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Payment Schedule:
- $300 non-refundable deposit is due per room at booking
- Final RSVP date & remaining balance is due: February 17, 2027
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel your reservation before February 17, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
- If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation on or after February 17, 2027, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance provider's terms.
Alila Mayakoba will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Alila Mayakoba and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
