Important Information Regarding Room Pricing

Please be advised that room rates are subject to change. To guarantee this preferred rate, place a deposit today.  It's worth noting that the displayed pricing is based on double occupancy.  Single supplement rate will not apply for single travelers, A single person would pay the same as 2 people in the room.

Please select your options for your trip. Once you enter your information, your booking will be confirmed within 24-48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with Invoice. 

NOTE: When you enter your financial information and click "submit", your card will be charged at that time. You are only authorizing payment from your card. Payment will be made using this information into the vendor supplier platform

NOTE: ATTENTION FOR ROOMMATES - even if you are rooming with someone, select 1 traveler so that your individual financial information will be captured. UNLESS the lead traveler is paying for BOTH parties (making all the payments). Your trip will be combined with your roomate(s) and your total per person price will be reflected by your room occupancy on your invoice.

  Ensure a smooth booking process for your upcoming travel by familiarizing yourself with the following guidelines for shared room reservations:

  1. Pricing Details:
     - Note that the displayed price is per person and covers only one occupant.
     - The cost is calculated based on the number of occupants in the room (typically 2).

  2. Separate Registration and Deposit:
     - Both you and your roommate must submit individual registration forms and provide deposit authorization.
     - This ensures accurate information collection and minimizes potential reservation disputes.

  3. Personalized Invoices:
     - After completing registration and deposit authorization, each individual will receive a personalized invoice from Lacy's Inclusive Travel
     - Invoices detail the total amount due, including any applicable charges or fees.

  Conclusion:
  Understanding the booking requirements streamlines the process for you and your roommate. Remember to complete separate registrations, authorize deposits, and await personalized invoices. Solo travelers should inquire about single occupancy rates. Wishing you smooth and enjoyable travels!

Each client is required to acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, we encouraged every client to purchase travel insurance.

Payments should be made every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please email lacysinclusive@gmail.com If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.
 
If roommate fails to pay or cancels, you will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.
