Destination:  Helen & Dahlonega, GA, Chattanooga, TN & Noccalula Falls, AL

 

Minimum age: all ages welcome!  Children 2 and younger are free.

Travel dates:  first week of December 2023
 
Estimated cost per person: $1100, based on double occupancy. Per person cost would decrease with a third or fourth person in room. 
 

How the pre early-bird special works:

 

  • $25 nonrefundable deposit per person.
  • Option to pay into a "trip fund" (fully refundable, less $25 deposit if you do not officially register for trip).
  • Once official registration opens up: You will have 14 days to officially register. On Day 15, spots open up to everyone else
  • If you decide to travel with us: your first monthly payment  (even if you contributed to a trip fund)  will be due as reflected on the terms and conditions of the trip that will be shared at official registration time.
  • If you decide not to travel with us and have contributed to your trip fund: you will be refunded in full, LESS the $25 nonrefundable deposit. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process. 
 
This is an investment for my family, how do I know I can trust you?  This is a two part question:  From a personal standpoint: my suggestion is to look around the group, ask others who have traveled with us and reach out to me to ask any questions you may have. I am very easy to get in touch with. You can also check out the Happy Traveler section of my website that includes feedback from both my private clients and homeschooling families who have traveled on past trips: Happy Travelers.  From a professional standpoint, I have been planning group travel since 2018,  have earned my CTA,   and have professional accounting experience in both the public and private world.
