Welcome to our Girls’ Provence Getaway: Yogastronomy™ Retreat!

For four beautiful nights, we’ll slow things down in the heart of the Provençal countryside, where our days will be filled with Pilates, yoga, wine, incredible food, relaxation, and connection.

Our private vineyard château will be home as we begin our mornings with movement and breathwork, discover Provence through wine and culinary experiences, explore the surrounding countryside, and—most importantly—give ourselves permission to simply slow down and enjoy it all.

This is not a trip about rushing from one attraction to the next. It’s about moving, sipping, savoring and unwinding with a wonderful group of women in one of the most beautiful regions of France.

Welcome to Provence. Your only job is to arrive, exhale, and enjoy.

What’s Not Included

The following are not included in your retreat package: 

• International airfare
• Airline baggage fees
• Travel insurance
• Massages and spa treatments
• Meals and beverages not specifically listed in the itinerary
• Optional activities during free time
• Personal expenses and shopping
• Gratuities
• Passport fees or applicable entry requirements

Travel protection is required for this retreat. You may purchase coverage through Gurvy Travel/Allianz or obtain your own policy, provided it covers the full cost of your trip and includes medical coverage for travel outside the United States.

Cancellation Policy

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your space.

Should you need to cancel:

• More than 3 months prior to the retreat: You will receive a full refund of payments made, less your 30% non-refundable deposit.
• Between 2 and 3 months prior to the retreat: Your 30% deposit is forfeited, and 50% of the remaining balance is non-refundable. If we are able to fill your space with another traveler from the waitlist, the additional cancellation penalty may be waived or refunded.
• Less than 2 months prior to the retreat: No refunds will be provided, as all arrangements and payments are finalized and locked in with the venue and retreat providers.

Because payments become increasingly non-refundable as the retreat approaches, travel insurance is required to help protect your investment should an unexpected covered circumstance prevent you from traveling.
