  • Submitting information via this reservation form DOES NOT automatically confirm your reservation. Bohemia Wedding Travel will email you a confirmation with payment invoice after a payment has been reviewed and processed correctly. You can always return to your invoice link to make payments.
  • Your room booking will be emailed to you when you have paid for your room in full.

  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

  • Wedding Day - November 20th, 2025 at Villa La Joya (Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venues)

  • July 20th, 2025 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Paradisus La Perla and Playa Del Carmen
  • August 7th, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
 

Reminders:

  • The wedding is on November 20th, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.

  • To be considered a part of Jesus and Joel's Wedding Group and Welcome Party, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel).  We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Jesus and Joel with a deposit already paid on each room.

 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before August 7th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee while maintaining the 3 night minimum.

  • You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between August 7th, 2025 and September 7th, 2025, by 15% while maintaining the 3 night minimum without penalties. Exceeding reductions will be charged 50% of the original nights booked.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after September 7th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

 
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Paradisus will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Paradisus and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Paradisus.
