These are ever changing times. COVID is still a thing. That said, note that any changes the CDC or the island makes regarding arrival to the island we will adhere to.
Only proof of citizenship (birth certificate) and a government issued photo ID is required to cruise to the ports, on our schedule. However, we HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you take a PASSPORT or a US PASSPORT CARD on your cruise.
Making reservations for any 5 STAR VIP TRAVEL event package signifies your acceptance to our Terms of Service.
- All payments towards a travel event package are NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE.
- Name changes after you are assigned a cabin, will incur a change fee.
- Non-payment without notification will result in cancellation and funds will be forfeited.
Cancellation policy:
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their vacation, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.
Name and Room Type Changes will incur a $50 fee and the fee the cruise line will charge, which is required before a change can take place.
Once payments are made, they are NON-REFUNDABLE and/or NON-TRANSFERABLE.
