🗓️ Stay Options:

You must book 5 or 7 nights:
• May 15–20, 2027 (5 nights – front end)
• May 17–22, 2027 (5 nights – back end)
• May 15–22, 2027 (7 nights)

Extra nights may be requested and confirmed by the resort.

🇺🇸 Military Discount:

Active duty and reserve military qualify with valid proof of service.
(One discount per reservation. VA, Veteran, and dependent IDs do not qualify.)

👯‍♀️ Roommate & Triple Occupancy Rules:

• Two men may NOT share a room
• Double beds are limited and NOT guaranteed. 
• Females looking for roommates may share a king bed with a man. If you are not comfortable with this, choose a SINGLE room!!!
• Mixed stay lengths = remaining nights paid at single rate
• If roommate cancels or cannot be matched, booking converts to single rate
• No roommate or name changes within 90 days of travel

Triple rooms must include at least two females. Rollaways are limited.

💳 Payments & Policies:

• All payments are non-refundable & non-transferable
• Late payments = late fees
• Two missed payments = trip canceled (no refund)
• No CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or cash accepted

Here's a little Hedo history: In 2023, part of this room block caught fire due to an electrical fire. Instead of reconstructing the rooms to look like they previously did (Classic Nude Garden View Near Spa), they decided to change the room's whole look and add some minor changes that the other rooms do and don't have.

It does not cover flights, lost baggage, trip interruptions, rooms that have not been paid in full, or optional add-ons like excursions, spa/salon services, or wedding license processing. The waiver is non-refundable and cannot be used for roommate-style bookings.
