HOW TO BOOK
Secure your space by submitting the "Save My Spot" payment. REGISTRATION IS OPEN UNTIL MARCH 27, 2020.
Pay Your DEPOSIT - Submit your deposit payment by May 1, 2020. A monthly payment plan will be set up for you.
Pay In FULL - You may also pay your trip in full upon registration or at any time prior to the final payment due date

Airfare is
NOT INCLUDED in the listed package prices. Exact flight fares are not available this far in advance. If you wish to have airfare included with your booking, please indicate on your booking form and an
ESTIMATED COST will be included in your initial invoice. Although this is an estimate you will be able to make payments or budget for your flight. Once flight prices are made public, the air portion of your reservation will be secured granted your payments are up to date.

PAYMENTS
1. The "Save My Spot" , "Deposit" and "First Payment" are extremely important to secure all the vendors that are included in the packages. DO NOT MISS THE FIRST PAYMENT! If you are unable to make the payment schedules for any reason please send us an email at admin@langfordtravel.us and let us know. We can alter your payment dates by suspending automated payments and emails with some lead time and a quick notice from you.
2. Payments are automatically drafted on the scheduled payment due date. Should you need to alter your payment due date, please let us know.
3. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so BY EMAIL ONLY. We are here to make your experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.
Final payment is March 31, 2021 for all packages.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS - 4.5% + $0.30 processing fee BANK (ACH) TRANSFERS - 2.5% processing fee Transferred in 5-7 business days
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR PAYMENT PORTAL
- After placing your deposit you will receive an email with your
invoice payment dates & balances. Please save the email to make all
future payments. You will receive a series of emails with "Payment
Due" reminder and/or "Payment Processing Soon" reminder. If you need to
alter your payment date at anytime, please email us at
admin@langfordtravel.us so that we may update your account.
DECLINED PAYMENT or NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS NOTIFICATION - If your payment is declined for any reason
your account will be accessed a "declined payment/NSF fee" of $35.00
per declined transaction. If your payment is declined a total of three
(3) times or you miss three (3) or more payments without contacting our
accounting office, your trip will be cancelled automatically and all
fees paid will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All "Save My Spot", "Deposits" and "Payments" are non-refundable and non-transferable without the purchase of travel insurance. A refund through travel insurance is subject to the vendors terms and conditions. LANGFORD Travel LLC and Pierre Travel Solutions Ltd hold no liability, expressed or implied, with regard to the terms of travel insurance or trip cancellation or interruption by vendors, resorts, hotels or carriers. Pre-payments to secure your reservation, including but not limited to save my spot fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Roommate -
You must declare occupancy of Single or Double when securing your
reservation. If a roommate cancels and is not replaced, your travel
rate will be revised to the proper occupancy.
We are not responsible for arranging roommates. However, we will offer the opportunity in the private group for travelers to connect and arrange a roommate with others in the group.
What happens if a roommate cancels? If you are sharing a room based on multiple occupancy, your rate will be revised to reflect the total number of occupants of your room. You may replace a occupant with advanced notice.
Travel Insurance
The purchase of Travel Protection Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment just in case "what if" happens. It is better to have insurance and not need it, than to need insurance and not have it. Most insurance vendors offer a "Cancel For Any Reason" policy coverage at a very economical cost. Terms and conditions apply and a policy must be purchased within 14-21 days* of making your deposit. After the 14-21 days, additional restrictions are included in your policy. *Terms vary by vendor*

Langford Travel LLC and/or Pierre Travel Solutions, Ltd has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This is how we keep our package prices competitive and allow you (the traveler) to make monthly payments on your vacation. Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation requests to admin@langfordtravel.us with your invoice/reservation number, full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 800-404-9359 to ensure your information was received.
