My name is Jana McDonald, and I’m the owner of Aggieland Travel. I’m delighted to be working with Jacquline and Matthew to coordinate all travel for their upcoming wedding.

To ensure you have accommodations for this special occasion, we’ve secured a block of rooms for wedding guests from June 3rd, 2026 - June 9th, 2026. Options are available for stays ranging from 3 to 6 nights.

Resort Information

 

TRS Coral Hotel is a stunning, adults-only, all-inclusive resort located in Costa Mujeres, just north of Cancún, Mexico. Nestled along a pristine beach, the resort offers several sparkling pools and access to the full range of amenities at the neighboring Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa.

Guests can enjoy the world-class Zentropia Spa ($), indulge in gourmet dining, and experience vibrant entertainment, including the renowned Chic Cabaret & Restaurant. With its breathtaking beachfront, luxurious accommodations, and endless opportunities for both relaxation and adventure, TRS Coral is the perfect destination for an unforgettable escape.

For guests with children,  we have secured rooms on the family-friendly side of the resort, Grand Palladium.  Please note for adult guests to visit TRS, specific room categories may need to be booked.  

 

What's included:

  • All-Inclusive Amenities:
    • All meals, including buffet, a la carte and 24 hour room service
      • All beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic
      • Room service not included for Grand Palladium Guests
      • Note upgrades like a special steak/lobster or bottles of wine not included.  These items will have a listed price.
  • Daily and Nightly Entertainment
  • Wifi throughout the resort
  • Roundtrip, private group transportation from the airport to resort
    •  Vehicle may be shared with other wedding guests, but will not include any non-wedding guests
  • Access to all wedding events 

What's not included:

  • Flights
    • I will assist with finding the best option for you and information on how to book
  • Optional Travel Insurance
    • I will provide insurance options and pricing, and will assist with booking
  • Gratuities
    • While optional, I do recommend tipping resort staff and will provide a tipping guide
  • Excursions and Spa Experiences
  • Local Tax - estimated $1.65 per person, per day, payable at the resort.

Deposit and Payment Information:

Deposits are non-refundable. 
  • Initial deposit of $50 per person is due at the time of booking, plus any optional insurance.   
  • A second deposit is due 11/1/25:  
    • Single Occupancy - $400  per room
    • Double Occupancy  - $550 per room
    • Triple Occupancy - $750 per room
  • Final Payment is due 2/15/26.

Cancellation policy:

Deposits are non-refundable. 
  • Any additional amount paid on the reservation is refundable until 11/1/25, depending on insurance option selected. 
  • Beginning 11/2/25 until 2/15/26,   there is a 1 night penalty plus the $100 deposit.  
  • Rooms are fully non-refundable starting 2/16/26.  
 
Please note if you have 2 or 3 adults in your room and one cancels, the remaining traveler(s) may have to cover the rest of the room balance.
 

Insurance:

Insurance is highly recommended.  Insurance options will be quoted once the reservation is filled out.  Please note that depending on the insurance option selection, the deposit and any future monies paid may be refunded as a future travel credit.   Some insurance options may require an additional upfront deposit.  Information will be provided to you when quoted.
The cost of insurance is NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable.
 

Accommodations:

Please note there are a limited number of accommodations in each category.  Any additional rooms needed, or deviations outside of the room block may be subject to different rates.   If you do not see the room category you are looking for, or if you need alternate dates, please reach out to me and I can assist with providing pricing.

Note - Bedding types are not guaranteed.  We will send preferences to the resort and they do their best to honor them.  Maximum 3 Adults in this category.  This room type you will be able to see the ocean, but it may not be a perfect view.  For a better view, I suggest the Beachside Ocean View.
