HOW TO BOOK YOUR RESERVATION
*If you are booking on the same reservation as someone else and you each want to be responsible for your own payments, select 1 traveler on your form and send me a message requesting that your reservations are merged. Initially your reservation will calculate the single occupancy rate for whatever package that you select, but once your reservation is merged, it will reflect the correct occupancy and rate. *
Step 1: Scroll down to view the different room categories. The "starting price" reflects triple/quad per night per person occupancy rate.
Step 2: Click on the "book now" button next to the room category of your choice.
Step 3: You will see two drop down menus under Travel preferences (Number of travelers and Night options). Enter the number of people that will be rooming with you, as well as the nights that you would like to book. You have the option between 3 - 5 nights.
Step 4: Prior to clicking on the "continue to traveler info" button on the right side, please scroll up to review that you have:
- Selected the correct number of travelers, have your desired travel dates, ensure that you have the correct room category selected.
Step 5: Review the summary of your reservation on the right and click "continue to traveler info" if it matches what you would like to book.
Step 6: Enter the primary traveler's information here. Typically, that would be the person taking care of the payments. Once primary traveler info complete, the "additional traveler" tab(s) need to be completed for each person on your reservation.
Step 7: Click "continue to payment" and submit your payment. Please note that our system uses SSL encryption, which is the same technology banks use to protect sensitive information.

1. The vendors require payment on a timely basis. We cannot extend credit for anyone making late payments. Therefore, we will be reinforcing our failed and late payment fees of $50.
Any account 2 months behind will be canceled. A $50 fee is required to rebook if rooms are still available.
All credit card payments will incur a standard 3.5 % + $.30 transaction fee plus 1% for processing.
