Cancellation policy:

Full refunds are issued for cancellations made 76 or more nights before sailing for short cruises up to 5 days and 91 or more nights before the sail date on longer sailings. Inside those dates, cancellation fees will apply according to Carnival Cruise

1. Cancellation within 14 days of booking:
   - If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of making the booking, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

2. Cancellation after 14 days of booking:
   - If you cancel your reservation after 14 days from the date of booking, no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place to ensure that we can provide the highest level of service and secure the best rates for all our clients.

3. Exceptions:
   - In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact our travel concierge. We will do our best to assist and accommodate you based on the situation.

4. Travel Insurance:
   - We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unexpected changes or cancellations.
