Our all-inclusive resort in the Maldives is located on the private island of Kedhigandu and it offers an all-inclusive 24-hour service, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a wide range of cuisines and many relaxation and entertainment options.  All Inclusive means everything is included and there willbe no extra charges for meal plans like most resorts in the Maldives.

The pool at this hotel in Kedhigandu is one of its most charming places, as it has stunning views of the sea with a swim-up bar. But, if you prefer the white sand and crystalline waters of your surroundings, the hotel offers you direct access to the beach that fringes Kedhigandu island so that you can relax on the sun loungers we have set up for you.

A range of cuisines that will surprise you. The main restaurant serves buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinners with live cooking stations, and the Japanese and fusion cooking restaurants you can enjoy delicious à la carte dishes for dinner. You can also try the Italian restaurant and the steakhouse at the sister property a few steps away. There you can find facilities to enjoy massages and beauty treatments in the spa, watersports such as diving, kayaking and paddle surf, and the entertainment programmes full of shows and live music.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies.

• All funds are non-refundable (transfers to another guest MAY be possible for a fee of $100.00).
• IDENTIFICATION: Guests are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable. 
• PASSPORTS AND VISAS: Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Dudley Dream Travel d/b/a BWT does not provide or validate travel requirements for non-US citizens. We strongly suggest all cruise passengers have a valid passport in their possession while cruising.

• ROOMMATES:

• All Double Double Occupancy rates require a roommate, and the price is per person not per room. You and your roommate may book at different times, but you must provide your roommate’s name at the time of booking.
• • If you need help finding a roommate, enter “Roommate Needed” when booking. When roommate matching is available for a trip, you may also post in the group to connect with others seeking a roommate. We will do our best to assist, but matching is not guaranteed.
• • If a match cannot be found, you will be notified 60 days before departure and your reservation will be updated to Single Occupancy at the applicable rate.

• Hotel Accommodations: All rooms requested are standard twin-bedded (two single beds) rooms with private facilities unless you have specifically requested a king/double size bed. Please understand although we will make a bed type request on your behalf, bed types are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases is strictly at the discretion of the hotel's management on a run-of-house basis. Triple and quad occupancy rooms consist of two beds for cruises, where triple and quad rooms will consist of a twin bed for each person. Some single rooms are smaller than the standard room size. The number of people accommodated does not dictate the room size. Although available at most 4- and 5-star hotels, use of air-conditioning abroad differs greatly from the United States. Many European hotels were built before central air conditioning was introduced. Air-conditioning is often shut down at night and from the end until the start of the summer months.  Hotel check-in time is generally not before 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration when a late-night flight is being used. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations. 
• If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. Any account 60 days or more past due will be canceled if there is no communication.
• Reinstatement of Reservations: If your travel reservations have been cancelled, and you notify us within 14 days that you want to reinstate your reservations, a service reinstatement fee of $100 ($200 for international tours) will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance to apply for reconfirmation of services
• PRICES: All prices listed are per person based upon shared twin room occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature, such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food (other than at all-inclusive resorts or where clearly specified), passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at the time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, Dudley Dream Travel and/or BWT reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided BWT receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification. 
• You can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
• Late payment of $75.00 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice. 
• PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: Dudley Dream Travel d/b/a BWT may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants grant Dudley Dream Travel d/b/a BWT permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant. 
• If the destination changes their vaccination, civil unrest or Covid policies that is not a justifiable cause for cancellation.   We are not responsible for changes due to COVID and our contract with the vendors and suppliers will still be valid. It is HIGHLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover such situations.
•  You can add travel protection insurance on your own at www. Allianz.com or www.TravelInsured.com or just Google "Travel Insurance" to select a company that you are comfortable with.   
• You are responsible for verifying that you have appropriate travel documentation and that you meet all travel requirements (i.e. passports, IDs, Visas, Vaccines etc). We are not responsible for any cancellations, delays or issues because of your travel documents or failure to meet requirements. 
• Group Harmony: To ensure the desired group synergy, BWT reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

 ***Initial Deposits and subsequent payments are Non-Refundable*** Payments May Possibly be transferred to a newly booked guest on a case-by-case basis and for a transfer fee of $100.00. If there is no new guest to take your space, no funds can be refunded as we will still be contractually responsible for paying all fees to the hotel and vendors.
