Vacation planning involves a great deal of time. Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. We research cruises, hotels, tours and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft itineraries and more. We also provide itineraries; vacation plans and tailored travel arrangements that give travelers peace of mind and save them time.
Fun and Fabulous Travels, LLC strives to assist all of our vacationers with the best quality customer service. In order to perform the professional services required to design and arrange your travels, a research service fee is required. The fee is non-refundable, non-transferrable and is not applied to your trip.
Steps to book your travel:
Step 1: Select your package below and click 'Book Now'.
Step 2: Select "1" for number of travelers you can add the number of travelers on the form in the next step.
Step 3: Click 'Continue To Traveler Info.'
Step 4: Fill the form out in as much detail as possible about your trip. Here is where you can add how many travelers.
Step 5: Click 'Continue To Payment.'
Step 6: Authorize payment for research fee.
Step 7: You will receive an email with a subject "Your Proposal." We ask that you please give us at least 72 hours for quotes to be sent to your email.
Step 8: Once you receive your proposals, you will review and pick the best option for you. You will approve your proposal and send an email with the best option to make your deposit payment.
Quote Request:
You will receive three quotes and one revision included in this fee. Revision must be requested within 7 days of delivery of the initial quote. Any additional revisions or quotes after this are subject to a new fee. Prices are subject to change until the deposit is paid to secure your vacation.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients must respond to quotes and /or provide feedback within 30 days of receipt of the initial quote or face the risk of abandoning the quote request. If you choose not to book through us for any reason (decided not to go, booked elsewhere, was just shopping, etc.), then the fee will be retained by us as payment for services rendered. The research fee is valid for 30 days (includes one destination changes). Otherwise, we will consider the request cancelled. If you reconvene anytime thereafter, a new research fee will be due.

Seen a resort we spotlighted or a destination and wanted more information? This package is for individuals who already have a destination and/or resort in mind and just need assistance with curating a package.
Upon submission of this fee and form requesting your quote, please allow 1-2 business days to receive your quote to the email address you confirmed on the form.
Please note, if you would like a revision to change the destination or resort, an additional service fee will apply.

Upon submission of this fee and form requesting your quote, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your quote to the email address you confirmed on the form.
Additionally, if your quote requires additional information and/or revisions you will be contacted with questions via the same email submitted. Please also remember that this fee covers up to 3 vacation packages and 1 revision. If you make more than one change an additional fee may apply.
