Our group shuttle departs promptly at 4:00 PM.
To join the complimentary shuttle, please book a flight arriving in Florence no later than 1:00 PM. This allows plenty of time for customs (if applicable), baggage claim, and meeting the group before departure.
Many of our guests choose to arrive one or two days early to explore Florence before the retreat begins, and we highly encourage it.
Florence is one of Italy's most beautiful cities and offers incredible museums, shopping, architecture, history, and unforgettable restaurants.
If you're arriving early, you can simply meet the group shuttle at Florence Santa Maria Novella Train Station on the afternoon of September 4.
If your flight arrives after the group shuttle has departed, private transportation to the retreat villa will be your responsibility. We're happy to provide recommendations to make your arrival as easy as possible.
The retreat concludes on Saturday, September 11, 2027.
Checkout is 10:00 AM.
Complimentary transportation back to Florence Airport (FLR) and Florence Santa Maria Novella Train Station is included. Final shuttle departure times will be shared once guest flight itineraries have been received.
Once you've booked your flights, please email me your itinerary so I can coordinate everyone's arrivals and transportation.
If your travel plans don't align with the group shuttle, I'll be happy to work with you individually to help make your arrival as smooth as possible.
Approximately one month before the retreat, you'll be invited to join our private WhatsApp group, where we'll share travel updates, transportation details, recommended hotels for early arrivals, packing suggestions, weather information, currency tips, and answer any questions you may have.
Our goal is to make your travel experience as smooth and stress-free as possible, so all you have to do is arrive, exhale, and enjoy an unforgettable week of wellness, connection, laughter, and the beauty of Tuscany.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. To honor the planning and care that goes into creating this retreat, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space.
If you need to cancel your reservation, a 50% refund of your retreat balance is available if written notice is received at least 150 days before the retreat begins. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 149 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
Please note that payment plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.
