The Deposit Authorization Hold To begin the planning process, a $150 deposit authorization hold is placed on your card at the end of the form. This is just a hold—not a charge.

If you decide not to move forward with booking after reviewing your quotes, the hold is simply lifted and you are not charged.

Once you select your favorite quote and make it official, this $150 hold will be captured and applied directly toward your official cabin deposit!

Quote Timeline & Expiration Once your custom quotes are sent to you, you have 3 days to select an option and secure your booking. If a booking is not secured within this 3-day period, the quotes will expire, the planning process will be automatically canceled, and your $150 authorization hold will be released. To resume planning in the future, a new authorization will be required.

Cancellations (After Booking) Once your cruise is officially booked and your $150 deposit is applied to your cabin, it becomes subject to the cruise line's cancellation policies. If you cancel your booking after it is official, the $150 deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Important Payment Information

The charge/hold will appear on your credit card statement as PAYPALTRAVEL AGENT.
You may receive a simple email receipt from PayPal listing a payment to OUTSIDEAGENTS.
Disputing a valid, authorized charge will result in an additional fee of $35 – $75 per dispute.
