Our Professional Services Fee covers your consultation, our research and recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reserving and booking each element of your trip, securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance, administration of your booking from deposit to departure, and follow-up post-trip with suppliers (as needed)."/>&#13;

		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="AIRLINE TICKET FEE: Our service fee to book airline tickets not booked through the tour or cruise supplier as part of their vacation package is $55 per person, per ticket, for domestic tickets and $100 per person, per ticket for international tickets. In addition to booking the tickets, the service fee covers rebooking tickets in the event the airline cancels a flight and requires a change to the itinerary. If you initiate the change after the tickets have been purchased, the Relaxed Escapes change fee will be charged (see &quot;Change and Cancellation Fees&quot; section below). Relaxed Escapes does not book airline flights using a client&#39;s points."/>&#13;

Relaxed Escapes highly recommends that all clients purchase a travel protection policy, also referred to as Travel Insurance, to protect their investment in their travel. Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators all charge high penalties for cancellation, ranging from the full deposit to no refund at all. And, keep in mind that most health insurance policies will not cover you when you are out of the country. A travel protection policy can protect you in the event of Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Trip Interruption, Missed Connection, Baggage Loss, Theft, Damage or Delay, Emergency Medical and Dental Expenses, and Emergency Medical Transportation, among other unforeseen circumstances."/>&#13;

And, keep in mind that most health insurance policies will not cover you when you are out of the country. A travel protection policy can protect you in the event of Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Trip Interruption, Missed Connection, Baggage Loss, Theft, Damage or Delay, Emergency Medical and Dental Expenses, and Emergency Medical Transportation, among other unforeseen circumstances."/>&#13;
