Planning fee for Quote Inquiry
Thank you for giving Tasha’s Travelcations the opportunity to assist with planning your vacation.
Please note if you have not done so, fill out your Client Inquiry Form in its entirety.
There is a non refundable planning fee that MUST be paid before any research is started. Each request is for One destination and up to 2-3 quotes.
Once your form and planning fee is received, please allow up to 48-72 business hours to receive your quotes.
It may take longer depending on the amount of quotes received. You will be contacted within 24 business hours to discuss your itinerary in detail, if more information is needed to get started.
Please note not providing a budget can possibly delay the start of your research. If your budget isn’t shown, select other and type it in.

How to book:
- Step 1- select your package and click “Book Now”.
- Step 2-select 1 for the number of travelers or you will be charge each traveler instead a one time fee.
- Step 3- click continue to traveler and complete the required fields then sign for authorization.
- Step 4- authorize the payment and process.
- Step 5- wait 48-72 business hours for quotes to be sent to your email.
Quote Request:
Quotes will be sent via email within 48-72 business hours. Once your form & fee is received, you will receive two or three options to choose from per destination. I offer one revisions on dates to your quote within 5 days of delivery of the initial quote. Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a new fee. Clients must respond to quotes and /or provide feedback within 7 days of receipt of the initial quote, or face the risk of abandoning the quote request.
Please note if you're not deposit ready at the time when you receive your quote, prices aren't guaranteed and are subject to change at anytime.
Cancellation policy:
Planning fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
