Cruise Itinerary
Identification and Boarding Requirements:
- You will need to present an accepted form of identification to board the ship based on your nationality/country of citizenship.
- Guests who do not bring required documents may be denied boarding without compensation.

U.S. citizens must present a valid passport with:
- An expiration date at least six (6) months after the voyage end date.
- At least two (2) blank pages.
- Non-U.S. citizens must present a valid passport for air, land, and sea travel.
- Some countries require an entry visa or electronic visa based on your nationality. Without a valid visa, you may not be allowed to enter the country. Visit the embassy website of your destination country to confirm visa requirements.
- You must be at least 18 years of age on the date of sailing to board this cruise.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have all the proper documentation to board the ship and enter each of the countries on the cruise itinerary. For detailed information, please visit Virgin Voyages' Travel Document Requirements.
Reservation and Payment Policies:
- Making a reservation and submitting deposits or payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Sosa Travel Club's Terms & Conditions.
- Reservations must include your full name and date of birth as listed on your identification. Failure to provide accurate information will result in denied boarding without compensation.
- Prices are not guaranteed without a deposit and may change without notice.
- It is your responsibility to inform Sosa Travel Club of any changes to your contact information to ensure important updates and trip details can be communicated.
Payment Options and Requirements:

If you select the installment plan:
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current.
- Alternatively, you may pay in full. Your invoice will outline the payment schedule.
- Sosa Travel Club is not responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellations.
- Late payments made more than seven (7) days after the due date incur a $10 late fee.
- Payments not made within thirty (30) days of the due date will result in cancellation, and applicable penalties as outlined in the cancellation chart will apply.

Final payments not received by the due date will result in cancellation and loss of all monies paid. The final payment date cannot be extended.
Roommate and Room Policies:
- You are responsible for ensuring your roommate, if applicable, makes timely payments.

If your roommate(s) cancels their reservation:
- Your room will be adjusted to the most appropriate occupancy.
- You will be responsible for the revised room price.
Guest/Name Changes:
- Guest/name changes are allowed within 60 days of sailing at the discretion of the cruise operator.
- Changes are subject to cancellation charges, rate increases, and/or service fees.
Change/Cancellation Terms:

Without travel insurance, deposits and payments are refundable based on the terms outlined in the cancellation chart below, minus a $50.00 administrative fee per passenger:

Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your cruise. Declining insurance means you assume all financial risks, including the possibility that your trip may become non-refundable or subject to change/cancellation fees up to 100%. Without insurance, there may be no way to recover any financial losses, costs, or expenses incurred during your travels.
By placing a deposit, making payments, or paying in full for this cruise, you acknowledge that once payment is processed, and unless travel insurance is purchased, the cruise is subject to the cancellation fees listed above. Additionally, Sosa Travel Club charges a $50.00 administrative fee per passenger for cancellations. Sosa Travel Club is not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from cancellation.
