Terms & Conditions for Group Travel

1. Agreement to Terms

Making a reservation for this package indicates your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies outlined below. By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Booking, Payments, & Pricing

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable; however, transfers to another guest may be possible for a $75.00 transfer fee, subject to approval.
• Full payment must be made by the final payment deadline. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
• Payment plans are available; however, monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active. The reservation will be canceled if an account is 60+ days past due without communication.
• If your reservation has been canceled and you wish to reinstate it within 14 days, a $50 fee for domestic trips and a $200 fee for international tours will be applied for reconfirming services.
• Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in airfare, availability, and other factors. If a pricing error occurs, Dior Escapes Luxury Travel reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price. If you choose not to pay the difference, a full refund will be issued if written cancellation is received within five (5) days of the price adjustment notification.

3. Identification and Travel Documentation

• Identification: All reservations must be made with the complete legal name as it appears on your government-issued travel documents (passport, ID, etc.). Changing names after travel documents have been issued may incur fees.
• Passports & Visas:
  • Travelers must comply with their destination's passport, visa, and entry requirements.
  • Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months after the return date. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page for entry.
  • The visa and passport information provided applies only to U.S. citizens. Non-U.S. citizens should check travel requirements with the appropriate consulate(s).
  • Dior Escapes Luxury Travel does not provide or validate travel requirements for non-U.S. citizens.
  • Cruise passengers are strongly encouraged to carry a valid passport, even when not required.
• You are responsible for verifying that you have appropriate travel documentation and meet all travel requirements (e.g., passports, IDs, visas, vaccines, etc.). We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or issues caused by your travel documents or failure to meet requirements.
• COVID & Health Policy:
  • If the destination changes its vaccination or COVID policies, this is not a justifiable cause for cancellation or a refund.
  • We are not responsible for changes caused by COVID-19 or other highly contagious diseases, and our contracts with vendors and suppliers will remain valid.
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unexpected health-related cancellations.

4. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip investment against cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen events.
• You may purchase coverage at www.Allianz.com, www.TravelInsured.com, or by searching "Travel Insurance" online to find a provider that suits your needs.
• Dior Escapes Luxury Travel is not responsible for expenses incurred due to a lack of travel insurance.

5. Accommodations & Room Assignments

• All hotel accommodations are standard double/twin rooms with private facilities unless a king bed is requested. While we will request preferred bed types, they are subject to hotel availability.
• Roommate Policy:
  • You must identify your roommate before booking if selecting Double Occupancy rates.
  • Roommates may book at separate times, but both names must be provided at booking.
  • Roommate matching is not available for this trip.
• Hotel Changes:
  • Hotels may be substituted for another of equal standard without prior notice.
  • No refunds will be issued for differences in hotel pricing.
• Hotel Policies:
  • Check-in time: After 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time: Before noon.
  • For late-night flights, additional accommodation arrangements should be considered.

6. Itinerary & Activities

• The itinerary is subject to change without notice due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Tours may be substituted with similar alternatives as necessary.
• Participation in certain activities may require a waiver or additional agreements with third-party providers.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• All deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable.
• Payments may be transferred to a newly booked guest on a case-by-case basis for a $75.00 transfer fee. If no new guest takes your space, no funds can be refunded, as we are contractually responsible for vendor payments.
• All cancellations or changes must be received in writing at diorescapesluxurytravel@gmail.com.
• In cases of voluntary cancellation, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip.

8. Group Harmony & Conduct

• Dior Escapes Luxury Travel reserves the right to accept, reject, or expel any individual who is disruptive or incompatible with the group's interests.
• This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Excessive intoxication
  • Drug use leading to a negative experience for others
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• If a guest is expelled from the group, all expenses, including cancellation fees and alternate travel plans, are the traveler's sole responsibility. No refunds will be issued for unused services.

9. Photographic Release

• Dior Escapes Luxury Travel reserves the right to photograph and record its trips and participants.
• By joining this trip, participants grant permission to use these images for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation.

10. Additional Expenses & Exclusions

• The following are not included in the trip price unless explicitly stated:
  • Personal expenses (laundry, beverages, souvenirs, etc.)
  • Meals and drinks outside of all-inclusive resort offerings
  • Passport and visa fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Foreign port taxes and gratuities
• If additional costs arise due to changes in airfare, hotel rates, or taxes, travelers will be notified and required to pay the difference.

Agreement to Terms

You acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions by booking this trip. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without a refund.
