Cancel for any reason travel insurance is highly recommended and must be purchased within within days of making your deposit. This trip is NON-REFUNDABLE. Insurance protects your money.

We got just about everything covered. Bring plenty of $1 bills to tip the bartenders, waitresses, bus drivers, etc. They work hard so we don't have to!
Pricing:
- Deposits or full payments must be secured through this booking link. If deposit option is chosen, upon receipt of deposit payment and room booking, an invoice for remaining balance will be sent to you with a final payment due date of October 11, 2023.
- Please note, a processing fee of 3.5% for credit cards will be added to all system payments automatically.
- All future payments after deposit may be paid via alternative method of Zelle to avoid processing fees if preferred. Additional payments or amounts can always be made at your preference by contacting info@fossluxurytravel.com directly.
*There are no exceptions to the final payment due date of October 11, 2023. If your package is not paid in full by this date, you are subject to automatic cancellation.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your reservation, the package is non-refundable. FOSS Luxury Travel has negotiated special pricing with vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way we can keep your packages low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. We like "happy clients"! Although you may not be able to attend this trip, we'd love to have you back in the near future. See Travel Protection Insurance below.
In the event that you have made a reservation for a double occupancy room and subsequently opt to cancel, it is imperative that you fulfill your responsibility by settling the outstanding balance. This measure ensures that your roommate is not burdened with your share of the financial obligation.
Travel Protection:
Covid-19 has taught us that "anything can happen". Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. You are required to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours. Protect your investment. Anything can happen; missed flight, getting ill while on vacation or a family emergency arise. We highly recommend purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (and you should) most carriers require that you buy the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase and some the day of your initial deposit. You will be required to confirm if you understand the importance of purchasing travel insurance.Travel Document Requirements:
All participants must have a valid United States passport with an expiration of six months past the return date.
Accommodations:
You may be asked to provide a valid credit card for a security deposit and your passport/government-issued ID upon check-in. The credit cardholder must be present at the time of check-in or a complete credit card authorization form must be provided. Before departing the resort, make sure to stop by the front desk to verify any room charges and to sign your final receipt. The deposit will be reimbursed to you upon check out.
**It is best to book with the person that you'd like to room with. However, if you're traveling solo, not a problem! We offer roommate finder services for solo travelers and can pair you with another solo traveler.**
Rates are not guaranteed until your registration payment is received. The registration/deposit payment per guest(s) will hold your room at the quoted rate.
It is important for you to adhere to the monthly payment schedule in order to keep your reservation secure. This applies to EACH guest on the reservation.
It is solely up to each guest to keep up with the payment due dates and pay them on time.

Vacation Protection Plan (VPP): You can cancel your vacation for any reason 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9AM ET the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings and receive a refund in the form of a future travel certificate. VPP must be added to your booking with the initial payment. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable. This plan is not available with non-refundable hotel rates. This policy does not extend to reservations that are canceled as a result of non-payment.
VPP Voucher Information:
- Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
- The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.
- Passengers have one year from original date of travel to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package by booking with FOSS Luxury Travel.
- VPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original VPP voucher.
- Under no circumstances does the VPP allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.
- Please check with your airline for their specific requirements.
