Payments:
- DEPOSIT: $100 per person, nonrefundable, due no later than May 17, 2023, to secure your room and roundtrip transfers. Book EARLY to get your choice of room!
- 2nd PAYMENT: 50% of each guest's total reservation is due by June 7, 2023. This is NOT shown on your initial invoice but will be reflected on your final invoice.
- FINAL PAYMENT: Due by July 11, 2023. An email reminder will be sent to all guests.
Payment Plans are available - ALL FINAL PAYMENTS ARE DUE JULY 11, 2023

Cancellation policy:
- The initial $100 per person deposit is Nonrefundable.
- After July 11, 2023, any cancellation (including no shows) will result in 100% penalty per person.
- Travel protection is highly recommended to protect your investment!
- Name changes for guests in a room can be made up to 10 days prior to departure, provided the hotel is not in close-out and allows it. An administration fee of $50 plus the $100 non-refundable deposit will be charged.

- Travel Protection Plus TRAVEL CREDIT option- cancel for any reason & receive a future travel credit with Travel Impressions, less the nonrefundable room deposit and cost of protection plan.
- Travel Protection Plus CASH REFUND option - cancel for any reason & receive a refund to the original form of payment, less the nonrefundable room deposit and cost of protection plan.
Travel Protection Plus plan MUST be purchased at time of deposit!
***If you do not purchase one of these plans at time of deposit, you will have the option to purchase a traditional travel insurance policy at time of final payment, which will cover cancelation for a covered reason (for example, an injury that makes it impossible for you to travel). It will NOT have a Cancel for Any Reason Waiver.
Book Your Room:
- Only have ONE person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Do not have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
- Select the number of travelers in the room.
- Select the room type and number of nights you want to book. Book early to ensure the room type you want. If your room choice is sold out, email Keta to see if she can secure more rooms with the vendor.
- Select the travel protection package for each person in the room. Everyone in the room must make the same selection.
- Complete a traveler form for yourself and anyone sharing a room with you. You will need your passport information to complete this section.
- Fill out the Credit Card Authorization form and authorize your room deposit and purchase of your travel protection package.
