TERMS & CONDITIONS – THAILAND GROUP EXPERIENCE

Our goal is to provide a seamless, well-coordinated, and elevated travel experience. The following terms are in place to ensure clarity, protect your investment, and support smooth coordination with our travel partners.

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

A deposit is required to secure your spot. All reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

A payment plan will be provided, and all payments must be made on or before the scheduled due dates.

Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all funds paid.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All payments made toward this curated group travel experience are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to contractual agreements with hotels, transportation providers, and in-destination suppliers, funds are required in advance to secure services. Once reservations are confirmed, these vendors impose strict cancellation policies and do not allow refunds, changes, or credits.

If you choose to cancel your participation for any reason, all payments made will be forfeited. This includes missed payments resulting in cancellation, unused services, or failure to participate in any portion of the trip.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

3. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, delays, and missed connections.

Travel insurance is the only way to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

4. TRAVEL DELAYS, MISSED FLIGHTS & TRANSFERS

Travelers are responsible for arriving within the designated group arrival window.

InterLuxes Getaways is not responsible for missed flights, airline delays, or travel disruptions before or during the trip.

Missed transfers due to late arrival will require travelers to arrange and cover their own transportation. Any missed portion of the itinerary—including hotel nights, transfers, meals, or activities—will be considered forfeited and is non-refundable.

Travelers arriving late are responsible for coordinating their return to the group and any associated costs.

5. HEALTH, SAFETY & LIABILITY

By participating in this travel experience, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, accidents, delays, and unforeseen events.

InterLuxes Getaways acts solely as a travel advisor and coordinator and is not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience incurred during the trip.

All services are provided by independent third-party vendors, including hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators. InterLuxes Getaways is not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of these providers.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically able to participate in all activities. Participation in any activity is voluntary and at your own risk.

In the event of a medical emergency, travelers are responsible for all related expenses. InterLuxes Getaways will make reasonable efforts to assist but assumes no responsibility for medical care or outcomes.

6. ITINERARY CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE

InterLuxes Getaways reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary, accommodations, or inclusions due to operational needs, weather conditions, supplier changes, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or global events. No refunds will be issued in these situations.

7. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

By participating in this group experience, you grant InterLuxes Getaways permission to capture and use photos and video content for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials.

If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing prior to the trip.
