  • Expenses incurred in making individual travel arrangements in conjunction with the tour

Itinerary:

Day 1
  • Welcome - Private Airport Transfers to Premium Central Reykjavik Hotel, Private Group Authentic Iceland Dining Experience, Free Time to Explore Reykjavik Night Life

Day 2

  • Golden Circle Tour – Þingvellir, Geysir, Gullfoss, Secret Lagoon, Friðheimar Tomato Farm Tour & Lunch, Kerið Crater

Day 3

  • Bonding Challenge – Connection-Based Scavenger Hunt (Walking in Reykjavik), Sky Lagoon in Afternoon/Evening (With 7-Step Skjól Ritual Experience and Dinner)

Day 4

  • Fire and Ice Adventure Day – Lava Tubes Exploration, Private Helicopter Tour With Glacier Snowmobile Experience

Day 5

  • The Continental Divide - Tectonic Plate Snorkeling, Private Transfer to 4.5 Star South Coast Hotel, 5 Star Dinner Experience

Day 6

  • South Coast Tour – Seljalandsfoss Falls, Skógafoss Falls, Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach, Glacier Hike

Deposit, Terms &  Policies:

  • Upon registering, you'll pay your $700 per person non-refundable deposit to secure your spot on the trip.
  • Leading up to the trip, you'll make monthly installment payments ($500 per person, per month minimum). Your final balance for the trip is due 90 days before you travel.
  • Once you register for a trip, you will be invited to our 90-day and 30-day calls, where you will meet your travel companions and trip host, plus we'll answer all your questions on the trip logistics. Leading up to your trip, we'll also share a packing list and review other details pertinent to your destination, like visas or vaccines. We want you to feel 100% prepared for your adventure.
  • Cancellation and Refund amounts are determined as follows:
    • 120+ days before trip departure date: Full refund minus non-refundable deposit
    • 120–90 days before trip departure date: 50% of balance minus non-refundable deposit
    • 90 days or fewer before trip departure date: No refund (get trip insurance and cover your costs)
