- Eco Tax - The government of the Municipality of Benito Juarez Quintana Roo has added an Environmental Tax, which is the payment for the environmental sanitation right, applicable to all visitors per room per night. Tax of 26 Mexican pesos, (approx. 1.40 USD) per room, per night. This tax will have to be paid directly at the Destination. The tax will take effect on January 1st, 2019.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DEFINITE DEPARTURE AND A DEPARTURE THAT IS NOT MARKED DEFINITE?
A definite departure is guaranteed to operate for that given departure date. A trip that is not yet designated a definite departure is not yet guaranteed to operate based on current booking numbers. If a trip and departure date you are interested in is not yet definite, do not let this discourage you from booking. The more paid passengers we receive, the odds of the trip operating increase. In the slim case that we happen to withdraw a trip you are booked on due to a lack of numbers, you are entitled to a full refund on the funds already paid towards (ReKindle). When booking trips that are not yet definite, we typically suggest waiting to book your airfare so that way in case of a withdrawn departure, you are not stuck with any non-refundable flights booked through another party.

Day Two - 11 AM
Your choice from one of FOUR special activities. Choose from Adventure, Culture, Relaxing, or Foodie Experiences. Couples are divided into two groups prior to arrival. For each couple, one of you will choose an activity to Surprise your other half during your stay. Can you keep it a secret until it's time?

Our Lifestyle Photographer, Jenelle Robinson, will be capturing moments between you and your partner during our special events. But that's not all - we're including 10 Minute Mini-Sessions for each couple to cherish these memories for a lifetime.

SAVOR FAREWELL DINNER
Day Four - 6 PM
As we wrap up the events of the weekend, we hope you'll join us for a Farewell Dinner where you can Savor the elegant dining of UNICO's culinary experiences.
Cancellation policy:
From Booking to May 1, 2021 - Deposit Non-Refundable.
From May 2, 2021 to June 15, 2021- 50% Penalty
From June 16, 2021 to July 19, 2021 - 75% Penalty
Cancellation on or after July 20, 2021 - 100% Penalty
Payment Terms:
Reduced Deposit /Early Registration $100 per person deposit due by March 15th, 2021

Standard Deposit $250 per person due by April 1st, 2021 (Does not apply if booked by March 15th)
2nd payment of $500 due by May 1st, 2021
3rd payment of $500 due by June 1st, 2021
Final payment due by July 15th, 2021
From May 2, 2021 to June 15, 2021- 50% Penalty
Standard Deposit $250 per person due by April 1st, 2021 (Does not apply if booked by March 15th)
Booking Terms:
- (Re)Kindle/Sunflower Travel reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule this departure in any circumstances, including in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If Cancelation is made by (Re)Kindle/Sunflower Travel any time prior to the departure date of the departure except when you failed to pay the final balance on time, (Re)Kindle/Sunflower Travel will either refund the amount received for the departure date booking or offer a comparable departure if available. (Re)Kindle/Sunflower Travel will refund any difference in price if the alternative is of a lower price however, the guest will be responsible for additional costs if the alternative is priced higher. (Re)Kindle/Sunflower Travel is not responsible for other travel arrangements affected due to our Cancelations and is not liable for any Cancelation penalties incurred on other travel arrangements including air tickets.
