• I strongly urge you to consider purchasing travel protection. You are able to use any reputable travel protection provider, I have listed the link below for my preferred supplier Travel Guard.  Please read each policy to ensure the terms and coverage adequately meets your coverage needs such as pre-existing medical conditions and other provisions.

• This travel experience is open to travelers 18 and older.
• You will receive a receipt and an updated invoice once your booking is confirmed and your payment has been processed. Booking is not confirmed until you receive this email.
• If you are sharing the room and would like to pay separately, please select traveler 1 as single occupancy and indicate who you will be sharing with on the traveler form. I will send you an invoice for a single occupancy. Once you all have paid your final payment, I will merge your bookings and adjust the  price accordingly. 
• Male and female travelers are welcome.
• Breeze Travels does not communicate via text message please send all messages through your email.
• All communications, trip details, invoices will be sent via email. It is the travelers responsibility to read and respond to the emails.
• If you are arranging your own flights, you MUST provide the details no later than final payment in order to receive the transfers.
• Airport transportation is only provided for guest flying into Rio De Janeiro (Airport Code GIG)
• PASSPORTS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS TRIP, NO Passport cards. Valid passport books with a minimum of 6 month validity are required for international travel. (passport cannot expire within 6 months of the last day of your trip). Passports must be machine-readable to enter and transit. Passengers can be denied boarding at their own expense if passport books are not valid.
• VISA: Starting April 2025, Brazil will reintroduce an eVisa requirement for travelers from the U.S. The electronic visa (eVisa) can be obtained online, costs approximately
  US $80.90, allows stays up to 90 days per visit, and is valid for multiple entries—typically 5 years for Canadians and Australians, and up to 10 years for U.S. citizens. We strongly
  recommend applying at least two months before departure to ensure timely approval and to avoid travel disruptions.
• Guests are responsible for monitoring entry requirements.  Bookmark Sherpa and check back frequently for updates.

• Please be advised that you are considering, or intending to proceed with, international travel at a time when COVID-19 is a known global risk. Any person choosing to proceed with travel with that in mind, does assume and accept responsibility accordingly for the risks, potential loss and limitations that may apply.

Any country you travelling to, from or via, and the airline(s) you are travelling on, may all have strict requirements to limit the spread of COVID-19. Please note that any public location where people have been or are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and Breeze Travels, LLC cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your vacation. By traveling, you agree that you assume these inherent risks associated with your vacation. Any and all additional costs will be your sole responsibility.

  These requirements may include, but are not limited to:

  • Wearing of masks at airports, while on an aircraft, and when out in public.
  • Compulsory requirements to have adequate health & travel insurance coverage.
  • Requirement to be fully vaccinated before being allowed to enter or transit a country.
  • Being fully vaccinated or be tested for COVID-19, before being allowed to board any flight.
  • Subject to quarantine/isolation periods in any country subject to screening results.
  • Having proof of vaccination or health status, when staying in hotels, dining, sightseeing, etc.
  • Changing restrictions on sightseeing, due to closures or other public health concerns.
  • Limitation/restrictions on travel to your destination by your country of residence/citizenship.

  • One piece of standard size luggage per person is included on tour coaches. If more than one piece additional cost may be required.

DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT:

         Deposit: $200.00 Per Person (non-refundable)

FINAL PAYMENT AND VALID PASSPORT COPIES* ARE DUE NO LATER THAN AUGUST 5, 2026. 

Air and Travel Documents are sent out 30 days prior to departure. 

*Tickets cannot be issued without the passport information. These are required as per TSA requirements. 

If you will be getting your own flights please provide information on flight when booked.

Cancellation policy Group Land Penalties:

• A $200 per person non-refundable deposit is required to book your room

• More than 91 days prior to departure                               loss of non-refundable deposits

  Between 90-61 days prior to departure                            75% of gross tour price

  60 Days or less prior to departure                                   100% non-refundable

  Important Note: Cancellation penalties for some travel arrangements may differ from our general conditions. In this occurrence, you will be advised of these addendums at the time of confirmation or prior to any penalties becoming applicable and as soon as we are notified of these special conditions.

• Air Deposit Penalties: TBA

• Any additional expenses or fees incurred, or any loss (including missed or non-refundable trip components), resulting from airline or government requirements & restrictions, will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

• If multiple people are on a reservation and one person cancels, the remaining traveler is responsible for any increase in price. Pricing  is based on the date the change is made and not the original date the reservation was made. Not all travel protection policies cover a price increase due to a change in the number of passengers on a reservation. (consider travel protection with my preferred supplier Travel Guard or another provider which offers single supplement travel coverage, contact the company for more information on this coverage). Additionally, if airfare is included in a vacation package, the price of the airfare is paid first, regardless of which traveler issues the payment this can also come into play if a traveler cancels and has not paid their portion of the airfare. Please choose your roommate wisely, making sure they have the desire, commitment and funds to enjoy your travel experience, as cancellations can be costly to the remaining traveler(s).
