Payment Schedule:

  • October 20th, 2026  $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
  • October 25th, 2026  40% of room total is due.
  • December 10th, 2026  Remaining balance is due.
 
 

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Erin and Hector’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Erin and Hector have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.

 

  • Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
  • Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
  • Secrets Tulum is strictly 18+. Based on age at time of check-in.
  • If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify the length of your stay or upgrade your room to any category of the hotel please contact maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
  • January 10th, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
  • Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take a few weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
 
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before October 20th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • If you cancel your reservation between October 20th and December 20th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 40%.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after December 20th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.

 

A 3 night minimum is required.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

Secrets Tulum will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
