By reserving a spot and attending the Spirits of Friendsgiving event hosted by Destins by Dorsey, LLC (“DBD”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Overview

Spirits of Friendsgiving will be held at Giant Texas Distilleries in Houston, Texas, on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM. This is a private social event featuring cocktails, games, food, and networking among attendees.

2. Reservation & Refund Policy

• A $20 reservation fee is required to secure your spot.

• Your $20 will be refunded upon check-in at the event.

• No-shows are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued to those who do not attend, regardless of reason.

• Spots are limited and will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Liability Disclaimer

• Destins by Dorsey, LLC, its owners, agents, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, accident, loss, damage, or theft that may occur before, during, or after the event.

• All guests participate at their own risk.

• Any injuries, spills, or property damage that occur on the premises must be immediately reported to the Manager on Duty at Giant Texas Distilleries at the time of the incident.

• By attending, you waive and release Destins by Dorsey, LLC, its staff, and event partners from any and all claims or liabilities arising out of participation in the event, including but not limited to transportation, consumption of alcohol, or venue-related activities.

4. Alcohol Consumption

• Alcoholic beverages will be available for guests aged 21 and older with valid ID.

• Guests are expected to drink responsibly.

• Drink at your own risk—DBD and Giant Texas Distilleries are not liable for any damages, injuries, or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption or overconsumption.

• Guests are responsible for arranging safe transportation after the event (e.g., designated driver, rideshare, etc.).

5. Photography & Media Release

• By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes by Destins by Dorsey, LLC.

• If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify the event staff upon arrival.

6. Conduct & Etiquette

• Guests are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior toward staff, hosts, and other attendees.

• DBD reserves the right to remove any guest who engages in disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior without refund.

7. Force Majeure

Destins by Dorsey, LLC is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, venue closures, acts of God, or public health concerns.
