Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of reservation. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If your trip is paid in full, you may refer to your insurance policy for any refunds. For all reservations (unless otherwise specified), a deposit will be required. The amount due and details of any monthly payment plan will be clearly outlined.
Full Payment: All reservations can be paid in full at the time of booking as long as the tour still has available space.
Late Payment: Any outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date listed on your invoice will result in a late fee of $250, which will be automatically added to your invoice one day after the final payment date.
Reinstatement of Reservations: If your travel reservations have been canceled, and you notify us within 14 days that you want to reinstate your reservations, a service reinstatement fee of $250 will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance to apply for reconfirmation of services.
Last Minute Reservations: All reservations must be made no later than 60 days before departure. If requested services cannot be confirmed, payment will be refunded. If services are confirmed, final payment is due within 24 hours, and all applicable cancellation penalties will apply.
Form of Payment: Lost With Lady LLC accepts all major credit or debit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa). You may also complete payment using 3rd parties such as Affirm, Uplift, After Pay, or Klarna. You can use the 3rd party to pay for part of your trip or the entire balance. When you plan your purchase use our company name "TJ Lost With Lady LLC" and put in the trip amount. You may have to round the trip balance up to the nearest dollar amount, and you will be refunded the difference once your order is complete. If you are approved for your purchase, you will receive a virtual credit card number that you will be able to use to pay for your trip.
Refunds: All payments to Lost With Lady LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Lost With Lady LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. For refunds, refer to your travel insurance policy.
Cancellation: Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to travelers@lostwithlady.com with your invoice number, full name, and travel date. Once your email has been received, you must complete the cancellation request form sent to you via email to complete the cancellation process. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours, please call (404) 692-0991 to ensure your information was received.
Also if you prepaid for shared accommodations and your traveling companion cancels their trip due to one or more of the covered reasons listed in your policy, the insurance will reimburse any additional accommodation fees you are required to pay, such as a single supplement fee (if applicable).
Reservation Name Changes: Name changes due to incorrect information being provided will incur a $250 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees. Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and rebooking. Replacing a traveling passenger with another traveling passenger constitutes a cancellation, subject to cancellation penalties, and is not covered by this Reservation Name Changes policy. Changes or additions after departure are subject to local rates at the time of amendment and must be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider. There are no refunds for unused services.
Do U.S. citizens need a visa and a passport to travel? Are any other ID or documents needed to travel from the USA besides a passport?
Yes, US Citizens need a valid Passport with an expiration date more than 6 months past the travel departure date and at least 2 blank pages within your passport. If you are not a US Citizen, it is your responsibility to research what is needed for you to successfully travel to Thailand.
What type of Visa is required to travel?
No, US Citizens do not need a Visa to travel to Thailand if their stay is less than 30 days.
