The cousins are turnin' up in PUNTA CANA this year! That's right, a TrapCation! Ashley -- aka "A.D" is hosting her first annual Trap Cardio event in the Dominican Republic from October 5th thru October 9, 2022 and you are invited.
You will spend 5 days/4 nights at the Grand Palladium Complex which includes the Palace Resort & Spa and the Punta Cana Resort & Spa. Both resorts are located on the beautiful shores of Bávaro Beach. These beautiful resorts have a luxurious spa with hot tubs, and saunas to help you relax and rejuvenate. There are also 8 a la carte restaurants, two show cooking restaurants, and 25 bars including one sports bar.

Travel Notes
- All deposits & payments are non-refundable and non-transferable without travel insurance.
- Final Payment Due: July 10, 2022
- An invoice with the monthly payment schedule will be emailed to you.
- Monthly payments must be submitted online via your invoice.
- Travel documents and itineraries will be emailed 30-days prior to departure.
- You MUST purchase your own flights to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (PUJ-Punta Cana International Airport).
- You SHOULD arrive in Punta Cana on October 5, 2022 before 4pm. The fun begins on day one so, don't arrive late!
- You MUST provide us with your flight information by July 10, 2022 to ensure airport transportation is provided upon arrival and departure in Punta Cana. Those who miss the deadline will be charged $35.
- A valid U.S. Passport is required. Your passport must be valid thru May 2023. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
- You are responsible to follow all COVID-19 travel protocols & restrictions. Refunds will not be provided if you fail to do so.

Facebook Group
- Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will be invited to join the private Facebook group where you will have full access to all trip details. You will receive monthly updates leading up to departure and you will have a chance to get to know some of the other travelers a little bit more.
Terms & Policies
- Terms & Conditions: Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Blue Diamond Travelers LLC's Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer Policy, and Privacy Policy.
- Payments: Payments are NOT automatically processed unless you turn on the Auto-Pay option at checkout. With Auto-Pay, your card will be charged automatically on the due dates indicated on your payment schedule. Your monthly schedule will be provided to you via invoice upon booking this trip. You must utilize the invoice to submit all payments if you do not select the Auto-Pay option. An automated payment reminder will be emailed to you one week prior to each scheduled payment date.
- Credit/Debit Card Fees: A standard convenience fee will be charged. The final amount (including convenience fees) will be displayed prior to final purchase. This fee is not avoidable.
- Late Payment Fees: A non-refundable late payment fee of $50 will automatically be added to your reservation if your monthly payment has not been received within 3 days of the scheduled payment date.
- Failure To Submit Payments: If you should go more than 60 days (2 months) without submitting a payment or without discussing a payment arrangement with us, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice. A fee of $150 will be required to reinstate the reservation.
- Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Blue Diamond Travelers LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation, all deposits and payments submitted to Blue Diamond Travelers LLC will be non-refundable and non-transferrable. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance.
- Travel Insurance: Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. You are responsible for purchasing your own insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (which you should), most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase while others on the day of your initial deposit. As a reference, TravelInsurance.com can assist you in purchasing an insurance policy that is suitable for you.
