A passport is required when traveling outside of the United States.  If any passenger carries anything other than a U.S. Passport, please contact the Consulate of the country(s) you are visiting to verify document requirements.  If you do not have appropriate documentation, you will be denied entry and any applicable fees are not covered by Travel Protection.  Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return trip for international travel.

General Policy:
Check-in Policy - Hotel may require a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.

Name Changes/Name Corrections or room category change will incur a $50 fee, on top of the fees, the vendor or airline will charge, which is required before the change takes place. Please make sure your name is spelled correctly and matches your passport.

Cancellation policy:

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their vacation, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.
