All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. So please make sure you have travel insurance to cover all your travel. You can receive travel insurance from Classic Vacations within 14 days of booking your trip, for a cost of $99-$250 USD per person.
E-Documents: We will email your travel itinerary to you after final payment and within 25 days of your departure. Prior to your travel date, please ensure you have printed your travel documents i.e. hotel vouchers. Ensure all details are correct: names noted as on passports, birthdates, room category, travel dates, and credit card information. If you note spelling mistakes, please notify Samantha immediately.
*Tour Operator/Resort Fees & Policies: The resort will do their best to ensure all noted requests, but not guaranteed and based upon availability at check in. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Any changes requested after the deposit may be subject to change fees of $50 per change per person. Any changes after final payment may not be applicable and/or will be subject to change fees. All cancellations will result in 100% loss of payment.
