TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Group Organizer's Responsibilities are:
1. To handle all payments and payments
2. To provide invoices to all guest(s) attending the trip to pay for their vacation if applicable.
3. To provide all guest(s) with updates and balances on payments.
3. To provide all final confirmations and details approximately 90 days before departure.
Guest(s) Responsibilities are:
4. To provide the necessary documentation for your trip, you must have a valid passport that expires six months AFTER your travel dates.
5. To finance additional items or activities that are not listed.
6. To make all payments according to the payment plan agreed on.
7. All guests waive, release, discharge, and covenants not to sue GGAV and its affiliates, members, sponsors, organizers, or other representatives or their successors and assign for injuries or damages of any kind suffered due to this vacation or any related activity if there are any damages to the cabin, ship, or property while in port destinations, the guests are solely responsible for returning the property to its original state.
8. All payments are non-refundable and must be made with Credit/Debit Cards or ACH. Cash or Checks are not accepted.
9. Guests agree to full permission, perpetual and worldwide, for organizers to use all names, photographs, video, audio, or quotations in accounts or promotions in any medium.
10. Guests who do not sign this contract cannot participate in the 2025 Greek Isles Cruise Experience planned by GGAV.
11. If a payment plan is chosen, guest(s) must pay their deposit to reserve their spot.
12. Tour organizers reserve the right to cancel this tour at any time before the tour date.
13. GGAV charges a $250 per person cancellation penalty for all reservations made with the purchase of travel insurance. Cancellations made within 30 days before the trip are ineligible for refunds.
14. Any discounts or credits given expire at the time indicated and are not perpetual.

Your destination(s) may have pre-travel testing requirements for entry or exit due to COVID-19. By signing below, you understand that you are responsible for obtaining the appropriate documentation/testing for entry for all travelers within your party. Many tourism boards & hotel properties provide this information on their websites. COVID-19 is a fluid situation where requirements change consistently, and you are responsible for ensuring compliance during travel.
Please note that many destinations do not allow home tests or antigen tests if testing is required. Gotta Get Away Vacations encourages that you verify all testing is within the appropriate time of departure and that you have received the correct form of testing for your destination(s).
Travel is a personal decision, and all travelers are responsible for following all vendor protocols.
By signing below, you acknowledge you, on behalf of your entire party, are in agreement and understand that GGAVandr, its hosting agency/consortia, does not claim liability for any losses due to a lack of COVID-19 pre-travel compliance or cancellations due to closures. In addition, you understand that travel involves the risk of various hazards to health and safety (including but not limited to injury, illness, and death), for which Gotta Get Away Vacations is not responsible.
