Terms and Conditions for TLSee Travel Experience
1. Introduction
Welcome to TLSee Travel Experience. By booking travel services through us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Definitions
- **"Agency"** refers to TLSee Travel Experience.
- **"Client"** refers to any individual or entity purchasing travel services from the TLSee Travel Experience.
- **"Travel Services"** refers to the travel packages, accommodations, transportation, and other related services offered by the TLSee Travel Experience.
3. Travel Quotes
- The provided quote is preliminary and does not constitute a reservation. All prices and availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed with payment.
- No space is being held with a quote. To secure the quoted rates and guarantee availability, prompt booking and payment confirmation are recommended.
-All rates are quoted per person in US Dollars. Price estimates are based on these travel dates. Prices may change if dates are changed.
4. Booking and Payment
- All bookings require a non-refundable deposit based on the booking at the time of reservation unless otherwise stated as refundable.
- Full payment must be made 45 days before the departure date unless otherwise stated in supplier terms and conditions. Failure to make full payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking.
-Travel arrangements, including airline and cruise components, may be affected by supplemental price increases imposed by suppliers and/or government entities. These adjustments could occur even after the purchase is completed.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following:
- Based on terms & conditions of supplier at time of booking
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 45 days before departure or according to the terms and conditions of the supplier and/or travel insurance guidelines.
6. Changes and Amendments
- Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and an amendment fee of $25.00.
- TLSee Travel Experience reserves the right to alter itineraries or arrangements in cases of force majeure or if deemed necessary for the safety or best interest of clients. In the event of a pricing error or omission, we reserve the right to adjust such pricing and make any necessary corrections.
7. Travel Documents and Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
- TLSee Travel Experience is not liable for any costs incurred due to insufficient or incorrect travel documentation.
8. Entry and Re-entry Rules
- Entry & re-entry rules are country specific. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination and your connecting points, and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination. Make sure to note rules are subject to change whether your travels are foreign or domestic. Many countries require your passport to be valid for six months or more after your date of entry.
9. Insurance
- Travel insurance is highly recommended and can be purchased through TLSee Travel Experience or an external provider. TLSee Travel Experience is not responsible for any costs arising from uninsured events. For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. Please be aware that most policies may not cover epidemics and pandemics, especially during travel warnings. Our description of insurance does not constitute a binding assurance. You agree to hold us harmless for your decision not to purchase travel insurance or for any denial of claims by the insurer, particularly related to COVID-19 or any other policy claim.
10. Liability and Disclaimers
- TLSee Travel Experience acts as an intermediary for suppliers and is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by any supplier or third party.
- TLSee Travel Experience is not responsible for any acts of nature, government restrictions, or any other event beyond its control.
11. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.
