Payment Information
All payments are handled through our secure portal
An invoice will be sent to all passengers attending or to the paying traveler with a payment link and payment schedule.
Each passenger will authorize their payment. Once processed, a receipt is sent along with an updated invoice that reflects the most current balance.
Excursions and Activities
One of the best things about booking with Kaysi's Travel Boutique, we are certified specialist in booking excursions to add more excitement to the trip.
Non-motorized sports are included in your package, based on the resort you pick, but if there are any other activities you would like to add, please know they will be an extra cost but they can be arranged by us or YOURSELF!
Know that anything booked, using this link is considered an outside expense and is not included in the package pricing.

Group Protection Plan [GPP] Pre-Departure Waiver
The following benefits are provided by Vacation Express and are not insurance benefits.
Cancellations: You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 24 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than noon the day prior to departure for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the GPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of Vacation Express future travel certificates, known as a GPP Voucher, less the GPP plan cost except for airline tickets issued as part of a contracted commercial air group, which may not have any residual value. Travelers who purchased individual commercial airline tickets will receive the airline ticket numbers [or paper tickets] for future use with the airline and be advised of the ticket cost. Airline cancellation, change or rebooking fees may apply. A one time VE change fee will be waived per person with GPP.
GPP Voucher Information:
- Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
- The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.
- Passengers have one year from original date of travel to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package to any Vacation Express destination.
- GPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original GPP voucher.
- Under no circumstances does the GPP allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.
- Please check with your airline for their specific requirements.
