Our student package has been designed to provide the best possible balance of value, comfort, safety, and educational experiences while keeping costs affordable for families.
Rooming Arrangements
Students will be accommodated in rooms of four students, depending on hotel layouts and availability throughout the Grand Canyon Experience
Room assignments are coordinated by the tour leadership team and are based on availability, student preferences when possible, and overall group logistics.

Payment Information
A deposit is required to secure enrollment.
Monthly payment plans are available, allowing families to spread the cost of the trip over time.
Final payment deadlines, payment schedules, and enrollment details will be provided during registration.
All payments are final and subject to changes made by SHS or Guyer Travel Network directly.
