The Journey to Australia

Flights from Louisiana and most major U.S. cities typically take 20–24 hours total travel time, with connections through hubs like Los Angeles, Dallas, or San Francisco.

Due to the lengthy flight time, we strongly recommend flying out September 5th to arrive September 7th.

A United States Passport is REQUIRED.
Flight details MUST be submitted on or before August 1, 2026. If not, you will be responsible for your transportation to and from the hotel. This expense can cost up to $350.
 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations now until June 1, 2026 Fully refundable minus your initial deposit
Cancellations on June 1st to August 1st, 2026 Fully refundable minus your initial deposit and 2nd deposit
Cancellations after August 1st, 2026 Nonrefundable and nontransferable
 

Failure to submit payments by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Travel Antics will not hold any reservation without proper payment. If final payments are not received by the due date, your trip will be canceled, and all payments will be forfeited.

Travel Antics Terms and Conditions

By registering for this trip/event and making payments you are agreeing to Travel Antics Terms and Conditions (review the full terms here).
 
  • Valid passport books with a minimum of 6 month validity are required for international travel (passport cannot expire within 6 months of the last day of your trip). Passengers can be denied boarding at their own expense if passport books are not valid.
  • Flight details MUST be submitted on or before September 14th, 2026. If flight details are not received by the required due date. The traveler will be responsible for their own airport transportation.
  • The hotel will require a credit or debit card at check-in to cover any hotel incidental charges not included in the room rate. 
  • Itinerary subject to change.
  • You will receive a booking confirmation within 2 business days of your deposit.
  • Transportation services are only covered for travelers flying into Melbourne Intl (MEL)
 

Please note that any changes to your reservation will result in the cancellation of the existing booking and rebooking at the current rate.
