We offer Faye travel insurance at the time of booking for your convenience, but you’re welcome to choose any provider that fits your needs. - Deposits and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. We require Cancel For Any Reason Insurance to protect your investment.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued PASSPORT.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

At check-in, a credit card may be required to cover incidental charges.

Traveling abroad requires passports to be valid for six (6) months beyond travel dates. For this Whisking Experience, your passport should NOT expire before April 2026.
- When making your reservations, you can pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you choose a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan.
- If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due. Payments are deducted on the 15th of the month.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be emailed 30 days or earlier before travel.
